There is such a word as unbelief,we have heard it many times in our walk. Some how we have a hard time seeing ourselves in that light but we can see many around us that walk in unbelief . Sin in the greek= 1) to be without a share in 2) to miss the mark 2) to miss the mark and to miss the mark,Mark in the greek = 1) an observer, a watchman 2) the distant mark looked at, the goal or end one has in view , The light of the body is the eye. Christ is our hope of Glory. And if Christ be in you 1Cr 1:7 ASV - so that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ;
1Cr 1:8 ASV - who shall also confirm you unto the end, [that ye be] unreproveable in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. Belief, Believe, Believers:
"to believe," also "to be persuaded of," and hence, "to place confidence in, to trust, Why did Jesus say unless you come as a little child you can not inter the kingdom of God. The bible says our flesh is an enemy of God and how much does our flesh rule us every day. Only by revelation from the father can we know and it comes by trusting. The word says the heart is desperately wicked no man knows his own heart. Christ came to save you from yourself, being born of Adam we were sinners at birth, so we have no way out except through the precious sacrifice of the spotless lamb. And the lord told Moses to eat all the lamb,on the day of the passover each man will be saved by the blood of the lamb. It was not just the blood that saved them God said to eat all the lamb also, its brain its eyes all of the lamb. The body and the blood of the lamb 1Cr 11:27 ASV - Wherefore whosoever shall eat the bread or drink the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord. Jesus was the bread of life the bread is his body and the blood is his power his grace to over come. We must take his word and consume it take this word and put it deep in our hearts. The blood was for God to see it was for God to reconcile us to him self. The blood is our covering yes but now God is requiring us to walk in that perfect sacrifice just like Christ . God wants to get to the root of our sin and the blood gave us access to the throne and the presents of God himself. So now the Lord is going to pull back that covering and expose it to the light of his word. The blood got you to the throne and now the body or the life of Christ is going to put us on the throne. We are seated with him already but it is not yet been made manifest. The blood cleansed us from the first Adam and now we must take on the character and the nature of Christ being made conformable unto his death Phl 3:10 ASV - that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed unto his death; We are born again through his resurrection, And the fellowship of his sufferings is Hbr 5:7 ASV - Who in the days of his flesh, having offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and having been heard for his godly fear,
Hbr 5:8 ASV - though he was a Son, yet learned obedience by the things which he suffered;
Hbr 5:9 ASV - and having been made perfect, he became unto all them that obey him the author of eternal salvation; God has set down a plan for you and I that as Christ was so are we, our life's are to be hidden in him and to accomplish that we are to be like Christ in every way. We have been born to die, this old carnal nature must die or we wont see Jesus. Our flesh is an enemy to God it wars with the spirit daily. We are controlled more than we think by our flesh, the old man is your enemy to salvation. The word calls it the deeds of the flesh Rom 8:13 ASV - for if ye live after the flesh, ye must die; but if by the Spirit ye put to death the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
It plainly says if you continue to live in this carnal life you will not see the kingdom of God . Jesus said unless a seed fall into the ground and die it can not bear fruit. The gospel the word of God is that seed and we must die to our flesh, 1Cr 15:17 ASV - and if Christ hath not been raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.
1Cr 15:19 ASV - If we have only hoped in Christ in this life, we are of all men most pitiable.
1Cr 15:22 ASV - For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.
1Cr 15:23 ASV - But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; then they that are Christ's, at his coming.
1Cr 15:37 ASV - and that which thou sowest, thou sowest not the body that shall be, but a bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other kind;
1Cr 15:38 ASV - but God giveth it a body even as it pleased him, and to each seed a body of its own.
1Cr 15:41 ASV - There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differeth from another star in glory.
1Cr 15:42 ASV - So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
1Cr 15:44 ASV - it is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual [body].
1Cr 15:45 ASV - So also it is written, The first man Adam became a living soul. The last Adam [became] a life-giving spirit. When that day comes we will shed this body of corruption, We were born of the flesh Adams flesh, and when we first believed and obey the scriptures we were born again, born again into the nature of Christ. God is coming back for the fruit of his son not this old body we now have.
1Jo 3:2 ASV - Beloved, now are we children of God, and it is not yet made manifest what we shall be. We know that, if he shall be manifested, we shall be like him; for we shall see him even as he is. Mat 6:22 ASV - The lamp of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. akin to No. 1, signifies, in the Active Voice, "to manifest;" in the Passive Voice, "to be manifested;" so, regularly, in the RV, instead of "to appear." See 2Cr 7:12; Col 3:4; Hbr 9:26; 1Pe 5:4; 1Jo 2:28; 3:2; Rev 3:18. To be manifested, in the Scriptural sense of the word, is more than to "appear." A person may "appear" in a false guise or without a disclosure of what he truly is; to be manifested is to be revealed in one's true character; this is especially the meaning of phaneroo
If the old sinful nature of our bodies our carnal nature is put aside than the light comes forth Jhn 8:12 ASV - Again therefore Jesus spake unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life. Col 1:27 ASV - to whom God was pleased to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Our old Adamic nature MUST die so Christ nature can be manifest in us. Its one thing to be called and it is another completely different thing to be chosen, Mat 22:11 ASV - But when the king came in to behold the guests, he saw there a man who had not on a wedding-garment:
Mat 22:12 ASV - and he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding-garment? And he was speechless.
Mat 22:13 ASV - Then the king said to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and cast him out into the outer darkness; there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
Mat 22:14 ASV - For many are called, but few chosen. To be married to Christ is to have on the wedding garment now as we speak. Now is the time to ask God for revelation to ask God for understanding. We belong to another the world has nothing to offer a child of God. So goes the apostate church There is an Octopus of error over the church of God and it stains the house of God with false doctrines and it adds to the word of God and it takes away from the word of God and its truth. Are we believing a false doctrine and not aware of it. Do we believe the truth as it is written and not as some men have written as there own gospel, another gospel of error, another Jesus. 1Jo 4:2 ASV - Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 1Jo 4:3 ASV - and every spirit that confesseth not Jesus is not of God: and this is the [spirit] of the antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it cometh; and now it is in the world already. Jhn 3:3 ASV - Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born anew, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 2Ti 3:5 ASV - holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power therefore. From these also turn away. Its Christ in you the very hope of being redeemed, being filled with his spirit and being controlled by the Holy Ghost. The worldly church has no use for the gifts of God and the fullness of the church with power. Rom 8:9 ASV - But ye are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you. But if any man hath not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. Jesus has come in the flesh your flesh by your receiving the Holy Ghost HE LIVES AGAIN IN YOU. Well I said all that to say this, if you are not crucifying you flesh daily which no one has arrived yet. The very life Jesus lived on earth was an exact pattern for us he was born a man he became obedient by the things he suffered Hbr 5:8 ASV - though he was a Son, yet learned obedience by the things which he suffered;
Hbr 5:9 ASV - and having been made perfect, he became unto all them that obey him the author of eternal salvation; We are to take on the death and burial, and we will be resurrected to newness of life just like Jesus.
