FRUIT WORKS

The ostensible aim of the law is to restrain the evil tendencies natural to man in his fallen estate; yet in experience law finds itself not merely ineffective, it actually provokes those tendencies to greater activity. The intention of the gift of the Spirit is to constrain the believer to a life in which the natural tendencies shall have no place, and to produce in him their direct contraries. Law, therefore, has nothing to say against the fruit of the Spirit; hence the believer is not only not under law, Gal 5:18, the law finds no scope in his life, inasmuch as, and in so far as, he is led by the Spirit;" *

Gal 5:22 KJV - But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Gal 5:23 KJV - Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Gal 5:24 KJV - And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

Eph 2:5 ASV - even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace have ye been saved),
Eph 2:8 ASV - for by grace have ye been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, [it is] the gift of God;

Benefit, Benefactor:
"grace," is once rendered "benefit," 2Cr 1:15; it stresses the character of the "benefit," as the effect of the gracious disposition of the benefactor.

Galatians 5-19 speaks about the works of the flesh ,  there are fifteen of them listed and the number fifteen means completion of Gods grace. And Galatians 5- 22 speaks of the fruit which is Nine fruits the number nine means Judgment  So we can see that both works and fruit are dealing with the flesh. Its living our way our own works which leads to death or its Gods way his fruit of righteousness which leads to life everlasting .  So we have works and we have fruit. Now God has said there is a rest from our works in the flesh, God brought about the Law because of the works of mans flesh ,Paul said he never would have known he was a sinner except by the Law. The Law was the light of Gods spirit to his people. There is a way that seems right unto a man but the ways thereof are the ways of death. Mat 13:35 ASV - that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things hidden from the foundation of the world.    Here is an important word to look at. Foundation ! and it says of the world. Zec 12:1 ASV - The burden of the word of Jehovah concerning Israel. [Thus] saith Jehovah, who stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him:

Foundation (To Lay), Founded:
lit., "a casting down," is used

(a) of "conceiving seed," Hbr 11:11;

(b) of "a foundation," as that which is laid down, or in the sense of founding; metaphorically, of "the foundation of the world;" in this respect two phrases are used,

(1) "from the foundation of the world," Mat 25:34 (in the most authentic mss. in 13:35 there is no phrase representing "of the world"); Luk 11:50; Hbr 4:3; 9:26; Rev 13:8; 17:8;

(2) "before the foundation of the world," Jhn 17:24; Eph 1:4; 1Pe 1:20. The latter phrase looks back to the past eternity.
1) a throwing or laying down

a) the injection or depositing of the virile semen in the womb

b) of the seed of plants and animals

2) a founding (laying down a foundation)

John 1-1-4
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.

Hbr 4:1 ASV - Let us fear therefore, lest haply, a promise being left of entering into his rest, any one of you should seem to have come short of it.
Hbr 4:2 ASV - For indeed we have had good tidings preached unto us, even as also they: but the word of hearing did not profit them, because it was not united by faith with them that heard.

Jesus = "Jehovah is salvation"

Luk 1:30 KJV - And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

Luk 1:31 KJV - And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
Luk 1:32 KJV - He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
Luk 1:33 KJV - And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
Luk 1:34 KJV - Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?
Luk 1:35 KJV - And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.    31.    behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.  Jesus was born of God, the seed of God was placed in Marys womb and she conceived a child. Now we look at ourselves and see we were created by our natural fathers fathers of the flesh born out of their will and by their blood. Our DNA is earthy. We all are born of the loins of Adam born into sin. The bible speaks of two Adams   1Cr 15:44 ASV - it is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual [body].
1Cr 15:45 ASV - So also it is written, The first man Adam became a living soul. The last Adam [became] a life-giving spirit.
1Cr 15:46 ASV - Howbeit that is not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; then that which is spiritual.
1Cr 15:47 ASV - The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is of heaven.  Where Adam failed JESUS accomplished he was the life giving spirit. Mary was chosen by God to give a body to Jesus,  Being made like us he is able to come and comfort us .  Son of man and Son of God
Jesus was the perfect sacrifice once for all.
Hbr 10:4 ASV - For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.
Hbr 10:5 ASV - Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, But a body didst thou prepare for me;
Hbr 10:6 ASV - In whole burnt offerings and [sacrifices] for sin thou hadst no pleasure:
Hbr 10:7 ASV - Then said I, Lo, I am come (In the roll of the book it is written of me) To do thy will, O God.
Hbr 10:8 ASV - Saying above, Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and [sacrifices] for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein (the which are offered according to the law),
Hbr 10:9 ASV - then hath he said, Lo, I am come to do thy will. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
Hbr 10:10 ASV - By which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Jhn 1:10 ASV - He was in the world, and the world was made through him, and the world knew him not.
Jhn 1:11 ASV - He came unto his own, and they that were his own received him not.
Jhn 1:12 ASV - But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:
Jhn 1:13 ASV - who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Jhn 1:14 ASV - And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace and truth.
Isa 53:10 ASV - Yet it pleased Jehovah to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see [his] seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Jehovah shall prosper in his hand. We are that seed and we prolong his days it is Christ in you the hope of glory

 Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
We must understand to be born again is not as the so called church believes, if we have Jesus in our hearts than we have the word of God also, the same seed that was placed in Marys womb was placed in our hearts. That being Jesus he said he came in his fathers name, and the word name in the Greek Onoma is the power and the authority all that the name is. So we receive the word of God into our hearts by being filled with his spirit. Being born again is that life of Jesus coming into our hearts and all things become new . Jesus said you must be born again from one life to another.
Jhn 3:5 ASV - Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God!
Jhn 3:6 ASV - That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Jesus was the word made flesh   Eph 5:25 ASV - Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it;
Eph 5:26 ASV - that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,
It is important to see that being born again is an experience it is an absolute life changing event. 
Just as in the book of Acts they received that life changing experience. The only way to know the will of God in our life is to be filled with his spirit. The church today has distorted the truth so much.  They say that all passed away when the last Apostle died . Twisting the word of grace and truth into another gospel. The word of God says a man must first repent and be baptized and then he will receive the Holy Ghost.   Act 2:37 ASV - Now when they heard [this,] they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and the rest of the apostles, Brethren, what shall we do?
Act 2:38 ASV - And Peter [said] unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Act 2:39 ASV - For to you is the promise, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, [even] as many as the Lord our God shall call unto him.  As many as the Lord our God shall call !!! and how many will that be,   how long will God continue to call people on this earth unto his glorious Gospel.For God is Love !
Jesus said he must go to his cross so you and I could receive the promise of the father.

Act 1:4 ASV - and, being assembled together with them, he charged them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, which, [said he], ye heard from me:
Luk 24:49 ASV - And behold, I send forth the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city, until ye be clothed with power from on high.
Act 2:33 ASV - Being therefore by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he hath poured forth this, which ye see and hear.
Rom 4:16 ASV - For this cause [it is] of faith, that [it may be] according to grace; to the end that the promise may be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all. Have you been clothed with that power from on high ?. On the day of Pentecost there were one hundred and twenty people filled that day and they all spoke with tongues. 1Cr 13:1 ASV - If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal.  There is an absolute wonderful experience for you ,the promise of the Holy Spirit to those that ask .  No its not confessing the Lord Jesus as your personal savior  and you are saved that is not scripture  . You do not get it all when you follow this man made doctrine.  The word of God is plain and true you must follow the word of God and you will truly be saved and filled with his spirit.  There is a cost to all this and that is the world is no longer your home we look to a city not made with hands zion. Jesus said to pick up your cross and follow him.  The cross is a symbol of suffering , and your flesh is an enemy of God . As John said I must decrease so that he may increase. Gal 5:17 ASV - For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are contrary the one to the other; that ye may not do the things that ye would.
Gal 5:19 ASV - Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]: fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
Gal 5:24 ASV - And they that are of Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with the passions and the lusts thereof.  
Luk 24:36 ASV - And as they spake these things, he himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace [be] unto you.
Luk 24:37 ASV - But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they beheld a spirit.
Luk 24:38 ASV - And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and wherefore do questionings arise in your heart?
Luk 24:39 ASV - See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye behold me having.
Luk 24:40 ASV - And when he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.
Luk 24:41 ASV - And while they still disbelieved for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here anything to eat?
Luk 24:42 ASV - And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish.
Luk 24:43 ASV - And he took it, and ate before them.
Luk 24:44 ASV - And he said unto them, These are my words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must needs be fulfilled, which are written in the law of Moses, and the prophets, and the psalms, concerning me.
Luk 24:45 ASV - Then opened he their mind, that they might understand the scriptures;
Luk 24:46 ASV - and he said unto them, Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer, and rise again from the dead the third day;
Luk 24:47 ASV - and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name unto all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem.
Luk 24:48 ASV - Ye are witnesses of these things.
Luk 24:49 ASV - And behold, I send forth the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city, until ye be clothed with power from on high.
In this 24 chapter Jesus presented himself raised from the dead with a body but not the flesh body he had before remember it says  And as they spake these things, he himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace [be] unto you.  Jesus had a glorified body a body not of this earth able to walk through walls and manifest himself to his people. Yet he said  for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye behold me having.  This is that glorious promise to us also   1Th 4:16 ASV - For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first;
1Th 4:17 ASV - then we that are alive, that are left, shall together with them be caught up in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1Th 4:18 ASV - Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
 Jhn 14:3 ASV - And if I go and prepare a place for you, I come again, and will receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also.
Now here is where the cross is the price you pay for the salvation Jesus brought to all that believe on him. What is the cross for ? it is to put to death the carnal man in us so the life of Jesus may be manifest. Rom 6:5 ASV - For if we have become united with [him] in the likeness of his death, we shall be also [in the likeness] of his resurrection;   Now to be born again is to experience that absolute promise, to be filled with his spirit speaking in tongues walking in the power of the Holy Ghost.
. Phl 3:9 ASV - and be found in him, not having a righteousness of mine own, [even] that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith:
Phl 3:10 ASV - that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed unto his death;
Phl 3:11 ASV - if by any means I may attain unto the resurrection from the dead.
