I Hear The Sound Of The Abundance of Rain

 Joe 2:28 ASV - And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
Joe 2:29 ASV - and also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my Spirit.

Jhn 6:27     Work not for the food which perisheth, but for the food which abideth unto eternal life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him the Father, even God, hath sealed.
Col 1:27 ASV - to whom God was pleased to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
Where has the church gone wrong here , we can go to the book of Acts and see the promise, each believer is filled with the Holy Spirit
Luk 24:46 ASV - and he said unto them, Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer, and rise again from the dead the third day;
Luk 24:47 ASV - and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name unto all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem.
Luk 24:48 ASV - Ye are witnesses of these things.
Luk 24:49 ASV - And behold, I send forth the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city, until ye be clothed with power from on high.
Luk 24:50 ASV - And he led them out until [they were] over against Bethany: and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.

Sealed for the day of redemption
Greek: sphragizo

Seal (Noun and Verb):
"to seal" (akin to A), is used to indicate

(a) security and permanency (attempted but impossible), Mat 27:66; on the contrary, of the doom of Satan, fixed and certain, Rev 20:3, RV, "sealed it over;"

(b) in Rom 15:28, "when . . . I have . . . sealed to them this fruit," the formal ratification of the ministry of the churches of the Gentiles in Greece and Galatia to needy saints in Judea, by Paul's faithful delivery of the gifts to them; this material help was the fruit of his spiritual ministry to the Gentiles, who on their part were bringing forth the fruit of their having shared with them in spiritual things; the metaphor stresses the sacred formalities of the transaction (Deissmann illustrates this from the papyri of Fayyum, in which the "sealing" of sacks guarantees the full complement of the contents);

(c) secrecy and security and the postponement of disclosure, Rev 10:4; in a negative command, Rev 22:10;

(d) ownership and security, together with destination, Rev 7:3-5 (as with the noun in ver. 2; see A); the same three indications are conveyed in Eph 1:13, in the metaphor of the "sealing" of believers by the gift of the Holy Spirit, upon believing (i.e., at the time of their regeneration, not after a lapse of time in their spiritual life, "having also believed," not as AV, "after that ye believed;" the aorist participle marks the definiteness and completeness of the act of faith); the idea of destination is stressed by the phrase "the Holy Spirit of promise" (see also Eph 1:14); so Eph 4:30, "ye were sealed unto the day of redemption;" so in 2Cr 1:22, where the Middle Voice intimates the special interest of the Sealer in His act;

(e) authentication by the believer (by receiving the witness of the Son) of the fact that "God is true," Jhn 3:33; authentication by God in sealing the Son as the Giver of eternal life (with perhaps a figurative allusion to the impress of a mark upon loaves), Jhn 6:27.

I  want to at this time to explore the organized churches reasoning of the gifts and also the in filling of the Holy Spirit according to the gospel as we read it.  The church of man says that all the gifts went away when the word of God was completed as to the written word we have to day, the bible.
They base there whole doctrine on one scripture 1 Cor 13:10  but when that which is perfect is come, that which is in part shall be done away.  That which is perfect is Jesus Christ this verse is speaking of Jesus and his coming up until he comes back ,all things are that Jesus is the same yesterday today and for ever  Rom 11:29 ASV - For the gifts and the calling of God are not repented of.     Did the father change his mind about the promise of the Spirit and all the gifts of his spirit , you know Paul wrote   Gal 1:8 ASV - But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach unto you any gospel other than that which we preached unto you, let him be anathema.
Rev 22:19 ASV - and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the tree of life, and out of the holy city, which are written in this book.
Luk 24:44 ASV - And he said unto them, These are my words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must needs be fulfilled, which are written in the law of Moses, and the prophets, and the psalms, concerning me.  I am trying to make a point here the word of God is perfect and complete I see a hypocritical stance on the part of the men who determined this interpretation of that verse of scripture. It is absolutely backwards to the word of the gospel. As the verses below.

Mar 16:15 ASV - And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation.  Creation is still being completed man kind is still being born upon this earth there will still be new hungry souls born upon this earth. To the whole creation from beginning to the end of all things,  now who are they leaving out.  To all the earth up until the time of the end of all things   1Cr 15:51 ASV - Behold, I tell you a mystery: We all shall not sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1Cr 15:52 ASV - in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.  As long as the world is turning there is a need of truth real truth.

Mar 16:16 ASV - He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that disbelieveth shall be condemned.      Rom 6:3 ASV - Or are ye ignorant that all we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? This is the faith to believe 1Cr 15:50 ASV - Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
What will inherit the kingdom of God ?   Jesus   Col says its Christ in you the hope of glory. Only the children receive the inheritance of there father.
Rom 6:5 ASV - For if we have become united with [him] in the likeness of his death, we shall be also [in the likeness] of his resurrection;
Rom 6:6 ASV - knowing this, that our old man was crucified with [him], that the body of sin might be done away, that so we should no longer be in bondage to sin;  Baptized is very important to the believer its not a ritual as the world sees it . It is a spiritual death unto self its not about a church thing or tradition. It says he that believes ! this is an absolute requirement of the gift of faith. Water is a grave symbolic of the tomb where Jesus was laid , cessation of the flesh the carnal nature of man and his coming up from the water is being resurrected coming out of the tomb with Jesus to newness of life. Being born again. Rom 8:11 ASV - But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwelleth in you, he that raised up Christ Jesus from the dead shall give life also to your mortal bodies through his Spirit that dwelleth in you.  If the spirit of God abides in you now than you will know it there is a absolute change takes place in your life. The church of man says you get it all when you except Jesus as your personal savior, No that is not scripture you do not.  The word says if you want to be saved  Act 2:38 ASV - And Peter [said] unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.    2Cr 7:10 ASV - For godly sorrow worketh repentance unto salvation, [a repentance] which bringeth no regret: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.   When a man repents he changes his heart he does not continue in sin. And worldly sorrow is what it is they do not really repent  from their heart  . When the Lord comes into your life and revels your sin you want to repent your heart is broken, Godly sorrow brings tears its from the heart dear friend.
Repent to change your mind how are you living today !  Be baptized put that old carnal man to death and be born again unto newness of life. And than the promise of the father the Holy Spirit the comforter the teacher the understanding, revelation and knowledge will abide in you.

 Act 19:2 ASV - and he said unto them, Did ye receive the Holy Spirit when ye believed? And they [said] unto him, Nay, we did not so much as hear whether the Holy Spirit was [given].
Act 19:3 ASV - And he said, Into what then were ye baptized? And they said, Into John's baptism.
Act 19:4 ASV - And Paul said, John baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people that they should believe on him that should come after him, that is, on Jesus.
Act 19:5 ASV - And when they heard this, they were baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus.
Act 19:6 ASV - And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Spirit came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
Act 19:7 ASV - And they were in all about twelve men.

This is still in effect today to those that believe Jesus said even greater things shall you do in my name
Mar 16:17 ASV - And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18 ASV - they shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall in no wise hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Mar 16:19 ASV - So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken unto them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
Mar 16:20 ASV - And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.

My friend if you do not have or you are not sure than make sure today ask the father he will answer .You need the power of the Holy Ghost the promise Jesus spoke of in John 14 and John 16
And all through the scriptures where the spirit of Christ is there is liberty.
Psa 51:17 ASV - The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: A broken and contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

1Cr 13:12 ASV - For now we see in a mirror, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know fully even as also I was fully known.

1Jo 3:2 ASV - Beloved, now are we children of God, and it is not yet made manifest what we shall be. We know that, if he shall be manifested, we shall be like him; for we shall see him even as he is.    Is this saying if Christ is manifested in you than you will be just like him and you will see him as he really is.
 Jhn 15:8 ASV - Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; and [so] shall ye be my disciples.

The word manifested Greek: phaneroo
Appear, Appearing:

akin to No. 1, signifies, in the Active Voice, "to manifest;" in the Passive Voice, "to be manifested;" so, regularly, in the RV, instead of "to appear." See 2Cr 7:12; Col 3:4; Hbr 9:26; 1Pe 5:4; 1Jo 2:28; 3:2; Rev 3:18. To be manifested, in the Scriptural sense of the word, is more than to "appear." A person may "appear" in a false guise or without a disclosure of what he truly is; to be manifested is to be revealed in one's true character; this is especially the meaning of phaneroo, see, e.g., Jhn 3:21; 1Cr 4:5; 2Cr 5:10, 11; Eph 5:13.

Gal 2:20 ASV - I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that [life] which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, [the faith] which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
God sent his son that whosoever would except him into there heart would have life eternal.  It is manifesting the very nature and life of Christ  they were baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus   .Name in the Greek  Onoma       or all that a "name" implies, of authority, character, rank, majesty, power, excellence, etc., of everything that the "name" covers:     For God Is Love and How Much Does He Love You My Friend
