There is a warfare to be fought in these last days and it is a spiritual war not physical. Our combat is with the above evil forces against the spiritual hosts of wicked- ness in the heavenly places. Jesus taught how to war against the devil not mankind. He said to love your enemy do good to those who abuse you.
Luk 6:35ASV But love your enemies, and do them good, and lend, never despairing; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be sons of the Most High: for he is kind toward the unthankful and evil.

For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood , Jesus said father forgive them they know not what they do. This walk and the verse says the law and the prophets were until John: from that time the gospel of the kingdom of God is preached, and every man entereth violently into it.
Rom 12:1 ASV - I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. A living sacrifice
Rom 12:2 ASV - And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Transformed by the renewing of your mind this war is spiritual warfare and the battle is for your SOUL.
Mat 10:28 ASV - And be not afraid of them that kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
1Cr 9:23 ASV - And I do all things for the gospel's sake, that I may be a joint partaker thereof.
1Cr 9:24 ASV - Know ye not that they that run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? Even so run; that ye may attain.
1Cr 9:25 ASV - And every man that striveth in the games exerciseth self-control in all things. Now they do it to receive a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
1Cr 9:26 ASV - I therefore so run, as not uncertainly; so fight I, as not beating the air:
1Cr 9:27 ASV - but I buffet my body, and bring it into bondage: lest by any means, after that I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected.
Buffet: The word Buffet Greek: hupopiazo
lit., "to strike under the eye" (from hupopion, "the part of the face below the eye;" hupo, "under," ops, "an eye"), hence, to beat the face black and blue (to give a black eye), is used metaphorically, and translated "buffet" in 1Cr 9:27 (AV, "keep under"), of Paul's suppressive treatment of his body, in order to keep himself spiritually fit (RV marg., "bruise"); so RV marg. in Luk 18:5, of the persistent widow, text, "wear out" (AV, "weary"). to beat black and blue, to smite so as to cause bruises and livid spots, like a boxer one buffets his body, handle it roughly, discipline by hardships
Mat 10:38 ASV - And he that doth not take his cross and follow after me, is not worthy of me.
The crucifixion suffered," e.g., 1Cr 1:17, 18, where "the word of the cross," RV, stands for the Gospel; Gal 5:11, where crucifixion is metaphorically used of the renunciation of the world, that characterizes the true Christian life; Gal 6:12, 14; Eph 2:16; Phl 3:18.
Rom 8:12 ASV - So then, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh:
Rom 8:13 ASV - for if ye live after the flesh, ye must die; but if by the Spirit ye put to death the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Rom 8:14 ASV - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Luk 14:33 ASV - So therefore whosoever he be of you that renounceth not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.
Is this word for you? Is the book you read just paper and ink or is it life giving bread to your soul? Listen these very scriptures were written to you. And it is called the good news, The apostate church has put many of God's people to sleep and they are living under another gospel. This word here will renew your mind and set your soul free. Are you counting the cost? Are you looking deep into yourself and seeing this word creating fruit in your life? The gospel of the kingdom of God is preached, and every man entereth violently into it. Letting nothing stop you from your calling to righteous living and pursuing the kingdom of God. What ever the cost what ever the hardship , Paul put his body in its place and said no to the flesh. But I buffet my body, and bring it into bondage: lest by any means, after that I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected. Do you see what he is saying if we live to our carnal man then we will be rejected by God.
1Jo 2:15 ASV-Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.16-For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the vain glory of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.17-And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
Mat 11:9 ASV - But wherefore went ye out? to see a prophet? Yea, I say unto you, and much more than a prophet.
Mat 11:10 ASV - This is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, Who shall prepare thy way before thee.
Mat 11:11 ASV - Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not arisen a greater than John the Baptist: yet he that is but little in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.
Mat 11:12 ASV - And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and men of violence take it by force.
Mat 11:13 ASV - For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.
Mat 11:14 ASV - And if ye are willing to receive it, this is Elijah, that is to come.
Luk 16:16 ASV - The law and the prophets were until John: from that time the gospel of the kingdom of God is preached, and every man entereth violently into it. How does this verse intertwine with the others above . Verse 12 says the Kingdom of heaven suffers violence.
Luk 17:20 ASV - And being asked by the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God cometh, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Luk 17:21 ASV - neither shall they say, Lo, here! or, There! for lo, the kingdom of God is within you. The violence is you standing firm on this holy living and resisting the evil in this world. Jam 4:7 ASV - Be subject therefore unto God; but resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

This is a promise God's word is above every-thing, subject your self unto God and bind the devil in your life and he HAS to go. Matt 11-12 says men of violence take it by force. Luke 16-16 from that time the gospel of the kingdom of God is preached, and every man entereth violently into it. There is an adver- sary in this walk with God and from Adam and Eve to this very day he has troubled and even kill God's saints to stop the gospel from being preached.
The word violence in the greek is also Press In. Please understand this word violence is a spiritual word in this verse, and the enemy is after your Soul not your body.
Rom 14:17 ASV - for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. But we must see that this word is speaking of men with desire to enter in to the kingdom of God. Eating and drinking is of the flesh the body of man . And it says it is a spiritual kingdom and we enter into this kingdom with great zeal and tenacious fervor for this kingdom. The violence is spiritual not physical it is seen in the spirit of this word not the letter. Jesus said if they hate me they will hate you also . The word press is also describing the word violence, a pressing in to Gods kingdom and nothing can deter or change our quest to apprehend this.
Eph 3:16 ASV - that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that ye may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man;

Mat 16:17 ASV - And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jonah: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father who is in heaven.
Mat 16:18 ASV - And I also say unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
Mat 16:19 ASV - I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.Jesus said the natural world has not reveled this to you Peter but the father in heaven. We must see there is a spiritual revelation to this . Jesus said the gates of hell shall NOT prevail against the church. Prevail Greek: katischuo
Prevail:
"to be strong against" (kata, "against," and No. 1), is used in Mat 16:18, negatively of the gates of Hades; in Luk 21:36 (in the most authentic mss.; some have kataxioo, "to count worthy;" see AV), of "prevailing" to escape judgments at the close of this age; in Luk 23:23, of the voices of the chief priests, rulers and people against Pilate regarding the crucifixion of Christ. These gates or meant to keep some in and others out. We know the church in not bound so the
Mat 10:28 ASV - And be not afraid of them that kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Greek: biazo
Press (Verb): in the Middle Voice, "to press violently" or "force one's way into," is translated "presseth" in Luk 16:16, AV, RV, "entereth violently," a meaning confirmed by the papyri. Moulton and Milligan also quote a passage from D.S. Sharp's Epictetus and the NT, speaking of "those who (try to) force their way in;" the verb suggests forceful endeavor.
Greek: biastes
Violence, Violent, Violently:
