Eph 5:27 A Church With Out Spot Or Wrinkle

1Co 5:1     It is actually reported that there is immorality among you, and immorality of such a kind as does not exist even among the Gentiles, that someone has his father's wife.
  You have become arrogant and have not mourned instead, so that the one who had done this deed would be removed from your midst.   For I, on my part, though absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged him who has so committed this, as though I were present.
  In the name of our Lord Jesus, when you are assembled, and I with you in spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus,  I have decided to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of his flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus .  Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough?      Clean out the old leaven so that you may be a new lump, just as you are in fact unleavened. For Christ our Passover also has been sacrificed.   First of all God has called us to sanctification to righteous living , to be holy as your father in heaven is holy .  Eph 5:27 ASV - that he might present the church to himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.   Salvation is an on going walk ,it does not come over night . And the only way it will come is by being totally repentant in your heart .  When we were a child we thought as a child , but God is demanding that his children grow up into his righteousness .  Jesus said no man when he lights a lamp he hide it from sight. And what is the light Jesus is speaking of here
Light in the   Greek: phos

Light, Noun, and Verb (Bring To, Give), Lighten:
akin to phao, "to give light" (from roots pha--, and phan--, expressing "light as seen by the eye," and, metaphorically, as "reaching the mind," whence phaino, "to make to appear," phaneros, "evident," etc.); cp. Eng., "phosphorus" (lit., "light-bearing"). "Primarily light is a luminous emanation, probably of force, from certain bodies, which enables the eye to discern form and color. Light requires an organ adapted for its reception (Mat 6:22). Where the eye is absent, or where it has become impaired from any cause, light is useless. Man, naturally, is incapable of receiving spiritual light inasmuch as he lacks the capacity for spiritual things, 1Cr 2:14. Hence believers are called 'sons of light,' Luk 16:8, not merely because they have received a revelation from God, but because in the New Birth they have received the spiritual capacity for it.
We are to cast down every vain imagining , these are also strongholds of our mind . The bible says God can tempt no man ,but when we are tempted we are lead away by the lust of our flesh .
So satan is waiting to put those vain thoughts and everything else contrary to Gods word in front of you to draw you away.  1Co 10:13 ASV - There hath no temptation taken you but such as man can bear: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation make also the way of escape, that ye may be able to endure it.
Jas 1:13 ASV - Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempteth no man:
Jas 1:14 ASV - but each man is tempted, when he is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed.

Casting down in the greek is the same as to destroy .    This walk with Christ will cost you your very life in your carnal nature, the works of your flesh ,       By the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;     We must see that the only way to bring us to the father was for Christ to present himself a sacrifice for the many .   The only way for us to stand in that holy place before the father is to present our self a sacrifice unto God.   It is called a new and living way

Greek: metanoia

Repent, Repentance:
"afterthought, change of mind, repentance," corresponds in meaning to A, No. 1, and is used of "repentance" from sin or evil, except in Hbr 12:17, where the word "repentance" seems to mean, not simply a change of Isaac's mind, but such a change as would reverse the effects of his own previous state of mind. Esau's birthright-bargain could not be recalled; it involved an irretrievable loss.

As regards "repentance" from sin,

(a) the requirement by God on man's part is set forth, e.g., in Mat 3:8; Luk 3:8; Act 20:21; 26:20;

(b) the mercy of God in giving "repentance" or leading men to it is set forth, e.g., in Act 5:31; 11:18; Rom 2:4; 2Ti 2:25. The most authentic mss. omit the word in Mat 9:13; Mar 2:17, as in the RV.
Heb 12:17 ASV - For ye know that even when he afterward desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected; for he found no place for a change of mind in his father,     though he sought it diligently with tears.     This is something that needs to be addressed as to who received what as far as the blessing ,  we must see here first as concerning the type and shadow here.  Jesus fulfilled the old testament with his blood so the old law was fulfilled into the new testament Jesus fulfilled it.

Rom 8:3 ASV - For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:  Esau was a type of the old law that was passing away .    Gal 4:24 ASV - Which things contain an allegory: for these women are two covenants; one from mount Sinai, bearing children unto bondage, which is Hagar.
Gal 4:25 ASV - Now this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia and answereth to the Jerusalem that now is: for she is in bondage with her children.    The children could not look upon Moses because his face shown he was transformed into that being , just as Jesus at the mount of transfiguration .  And both were up on the mountain for forty days and nights fasting and praying for this , seeking God .   The number forty being  Probation, trials and testing  .     Heb 5:8 ASV - though he was a Son, yet learned obedience by the things which he suffered;    He was the son of God in his deity and he was the son of man in his sacrifice.    Jesus was and is the WAY he has shown us the father and what we are required to do to receive our inheritance .   John had to come that is why Jesus said  Luk 7:28 ASV - I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there is none greater than John: yet he that is but little in the kingdom of God is greater than he.     John brought in the new dispensation of grace , he brought the gift repentance to a lost generation.  Heb 12:13 ASV - and make straight paths for your feet, that that which is lame be not turned out of the way, but rather be healed.
Heb 12:14 ASV - Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man shall see the Lord:
John was the forerunner for Christ and with out a change of mind no man will see the Lord .    
 Sanctification  in the  Greek: hagiasmos

Holiness, Holy, Holily:
translated "holiness" in the AV of Rom 6:19, 22; 1Th 4:7; 1Ti 2:15; Hbr 12:14, is always rendered "sanctification" in the RV. It signifies

(a) separation to God, 1Cr 1:30; 2Th 2:13; 1Pe 1:2;

(b) the resultant state, the conduct befitting those so separated, 1Th 4:3, 4, 7, and the four other places mentioned above. "Sanctification" is thus the state predetermined by God for believers, into which in grace He calls them, and in which they begin their Christian course and so pursue it. Hence they are called "saints" (hagioi).

Jesus said for us to be Holy as your father in heaven is Holy , God has given us the gift of repentance through his calling to us , but just as Esau we have to make the choice to repent with an honest heart the good heart that receives the true seed of God the precious word of God .
We are made of the earth just as Adam , so when the seed is planted in our hearts of flesh the dirt
it takes on the the promise of regeneration .
Mar 4:26 ASV - And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed upon the earth;  

Jhn 12:24 ASV - Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a grain of wheat fall into the earth and die, it abideth by itself alone; but if it die, it beareth much fruit.  The word of God is the very life of God ,  and as this verse says it is a book of paper and ink and it abides alone until man repents and takes this word and puts it deep in his heart he has no sanctification to follow.   The life is the light of man   Jhn 3:21 ASV - But he that doeth the truth cometh to the light, that his works may be made manifest, that they have been wrought in God.

1Co 15:37 ASV - and that which thou sowest, thou sowest not the body that shall be, but a bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other kind;
1Co 15:38 ASV - but God giveth it a body even as it pleased him, and to each seed a body of its own.
 Rom 8:11 ASV - But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwelleth in you, he that raised up Christ Jesus from the dead shall give life also to your mortal bodies through his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Mat 10:39 ASV - He that findeth his life shall lose it; and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
Mat 16:25 ASV - For whosoever would save his life shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake shall find it.

Doubt (Be In, Make To), Doubtful, Doubting:
lit., "to raise the breath, or to lift the soul," signifies "to hold in suspense," RV of Jhn 10:24 (AV, "make us to doubt"), suggestive of "an objective suspense due to lack of light" (Warfield), through a failure of their expectations, rather than, subjectively, through unbelief. The meaning may thus be, "How long dost Thou raise our expectations without satisfying them?"  And just as Adam we became a living soul, and Jesus was a life giving spirit .  God gave life to our flesh or our soul which is our mind ,will and emotions .   And the life of God is the Zoe of God his complete life in us. 
Tit 3:5 ASV - not by works done in righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy he saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
This word is the washing of our regeneration into newness of life.  Jas 1:21 ASV - Wherefore putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.  The word made flesh and dwelled amoung us he is our example he is the pattern which we conform to .  Yes he was the son of God in his diety , but he was the son of man in his flesh . He learned obedience through the things which he suffered.
And we will walk his walk we will take our cross and walk in his obedience ,  everything Christ went through we will do in the spirit .  Jhn 1:13 ASV - who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.     God is not interested in our flesh man he is looking for the fruit of Jesus in us,  he has called us to be sons .  

Regeneration in the  Greek: palingenesia

Regeneration:
"new birth" (palin, "again," genesis, "birth"), is used of "spiritual regeneration," Tts 3:5, involving the communication of a new life, the two operating powers to produce which are "the word of truth," Jam 1:18; 1Pe 1:23, and the Holy Spirit, Jhn 3:5, 6; the loutron, "the laver, the washing," is explained in Eph 5:26, "having cleansed it by the washing (loutron) of water with the word."

The new birth and "regeneration" do not represent successive stages in spiritual experience, they refer to the same event but view it in different aspects. The new birth stresses the communication of spiritual life in contrast to antecedent spiritual death; "regeneration" stresses the inception of a new state of things in contrast with the old; hence the connection of the use of the word with its application to Israel, in Mat 19:28. Some regard the kai in Tts 3:5 as epexegetic, "even;" but, as Scripture marks two distinct yet associated operating powers, there is not sufficient ground for this interpretation.
 

 Easu could not find a place of repentance in his heart,  Easu represents a lot of people today he was bitter and finding no place of forgiveness for his brother .    Heb 12: 17  the words( in his father) are not in the original writings.  It says he could find no change of mind = repent .  Mal 1:3 ASV - but Esau I hated, and made his mountains a desolation, and gave his heritage to the jackals of the wilderness.
Rom 9:13 ASV - Even as it is written, Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.    Esau was a type of the children of the old law , stubborn and stiff necked .   metaphorically Esau representing man today he lost his inheritance because he could not recieve the new way .   Heb 10:20 ASV - by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;  
John spoke of the light coming into man  ,   Jhn 1:9 ASV - There was the true light, even the light which lighteth every man, coming into the world.
 Luk 8:15 ASV - And that in the good ground, these are such as in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, hold it fast, and bring forth fruit with patience.
Luk 8:16 ASV - And no man, when he hath lighted a lamp, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but putteth it on a stand, that they that enter in may see the light.

 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.     And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.    Now we know that this is a spiritual exercise ,  its about our carnal man .
Please see when we come into this salvation walk its all about obedience to the New and the passing of the old.  Adam gave mankind the curse and Jesus is a life giving spirit.   Jesus died once and for all the deeds our flesh is a enemy to God .    Gal 5:16 ASV - But I say, walk by the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Gal 5:17 ASV - For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are contrary the one to the other; that ye may not do the things that ye would.
Gal 5:19 ASV - Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
Gal 5:20 ASV - idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousies, wraths, factions, divisions, parties,
Gal 5:21 ASV - envyings, drunkenness, revellings, and such like; of which I forewarn you, even as I did forewarn you, that they who practise such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Destroy, Destroyer, Destruction, Destructive:
"ruin, destruction," akin to A, No. 6, always translated "destruction," is used in 1Cr 5:5, of the effect upon the physical condition of an erring believer for the purpose of his spiritual profit; in 1Th 5:3; 2Th 1:9, of the effect of the Divine judgments upon men at the ushering in of the Day of the Lord and the revelation of the Lord Jesus; in 1Ti 6:9, of the consequences of the indulgence of the flesh, referring to physical "ruin" and possibly that of the whole being, the following word apoleia (see No. 1) stressing the final, eternal and irrevocable character of the "ruin."

Heb 10:10 ASV - By which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Heb 10:14 ASV - For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
Heb 10:17 ASV - And their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
Heb 10:18 ASV - Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
Heb 10:20 ASV - by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

Can your hear this verse can you see it in the depth Paul was writing it .   Mat 16:25 ASV - For whosoever would save his life shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake shall find it.   Loosing and find this life Jesus is speaking of is not your natural life, it is your spiritual life in the end .     1Co 15:35 ASV - But some one will say, How are the dead raised? and with what manner of body do they come?
1Co 15:36 ASV - Thou foolish one, that which thou thyself sowest is not quickened except it die:
1Co 15:50 ASV - Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.   Paul says how does a man raise again to life ?  He said you are very foolish not to see if you sow to your flesh you will die, if you sow to spiritual man in you the nature your father . That which thou thyself sowest is not quickened except it die !          If you do not put to death your carnal nature and the deeds of your flesh you will not enter the kingdom of God . Many are called but few are chosen ,  and when the master gives shut to the door you will stand and say open to me .    Luk 13:25 ASV - When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, open to us; and he shall answer and say to you, I know you not whence ye are;  Jesus  is saying here I do not know whose family you are from .  The man at the wedding feast   Mat 22:11 ASV - But when the king came in to behold the guests, he saw there a man who had not on a wedding-garment:

Clothe:
(Eng., "endue"), signifies "to enter into, get into," as into clothes, "to put on," e.g., Mar 1:6; Luk 8:27 (in the best mss.); 24:49 (AV, "endued"); 2Cr 5:3; Rev 1:13; 19:14.          Rom 13:14 ASV - But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
There is a perfection in Christ , man has not the ability to make this happen but the Lord does .  Yes we can and must take on the nature and character of Christ Jesus.  Jesus said if you love me you will obey my words .  Man has swallow another gospel and has taken on that apostate nature ,  we must feed on the unleavened bread of God.   There is only one gospel and it is the word of God .
 Luk 4:18 ASV - The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor: He hath sent me to proclaim release to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised,
Luk 4:43 ASV - But he said unto them, I must preach the good tidings of the kingdom of God to the other cities also: for therefore was I sent.   Jhn 1:12 ASV - But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Just as Noah when he entered the Ark       Heb 11:7 ASV - By faith Noah, being warned of God concerning things not seen as yet, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; through which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.   Jesus is your Ark and we must enter into him through Faith . Mose was as the word says baptized ,         1Co 10:1 ASV - For I would not, brethren, have you ignorant, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
1Co 10:2 ASV - and were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;  The Cloud being the Spirit and the Sea being his baptism .  He spiritually fulfilled this promise as a type and a shadow
1Co 10:3 ASV - and did all eat the same spiritual food;   The true manna from heaven and that is true for us and the whole word of God is the true manna .   Heb 4:2 ASV - For indeed we have had good tidings preached unto us, even as also they: but the word of hearing did not profit them, because it was not united by faith with them that heard.


Rom 13:14 ASV - But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.  

Mat 22:12 ASV - and he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding-garment? And he was speechless.

Spew (AV, Spue):
"to vomit" (cp. Eng., "emetic"), is used in Rev 3:16, figuratively of the Lord's utter abhorrence of the condition of the church at Laodicea.  A church with out spot or wrinkle

Yea verily, and I count all things to be loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but refuse, that I may gain Christ, and be found in him, not having a righteousness of mine own, even that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith: that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed unto his death; if by any means I may attain unto the resurrection from the dead.
I press on toward the goal unto the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, be thus minded: and if in anything ye are otherwise minded, this also shall God reveal unto you:   This word is to you not the man next door ! God is calling You to be holy a separated from this world .

1 John 2:28 And not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Rom 8:16 ASV - The Spirit himself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are children of God:
  and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified with him.    For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us-ward. For the earnest expectation of the creation waiteth for the revealing of the sons of God. For whom he foreknew, he also foreordained to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren:   and whom he foreordained, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.   What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?    He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him freely give us all things? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?  Even as it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.  For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Deliver, Deliverance, Deliverer:
"to deliver over," in Rom 6:17, RV, "that form of teaching whereunto ye were delivered," the figure being that of a mold which gives its shape to what is cast in it (not as the AV). In Rom 8:32 it is used of God in "delivering" His Son to expiatory Death; so Rom 4:25; see Mar 9:31; of Christ in "delivering" Himself up, Gal 2:20; Eph 5:2, 25.
See BETRAY, A. In Mar 1:14, RV, it is used of "delivering" John the Baptist to prison.

But Delivered him up for us all  , verse 8:32  The bible says John was delivered up also . Delivered up for what God is sovereign over all things he created evil or darkness and he created light .   Isa 45:7 ASV - I form the light, and create darkness; I make peace, and create evil. I am Jehovah, that doeth all these things.  God would never have created satan if he knew he would be a hindrance to his kingdom , He says there is no other God besides me ,  Some people believe it is two powerful entities competing for the souls on this earth.  God created the devil as a tool for you and I .  We must understand that the only way into the kingdom of God is to lose this carnal flesh our old nature.  So the evil on this earth is sent to destroy this flesh . Understand I am speaking of a spiritual nature . Jesus died in his flesh and we die in our spirits our Adamic nature , so we have the right to be born again by his sacrifice . Born again how ?  Jesus told Nicodemus you must be born again to see the kingdom of God.   Born of the water and of the spirit , water being the word of God and born again of our spirit . That we are saved by our faith in the son of God that he died for us he took our place and his cross was our cross. He died in the physical so we can die in the carnal nature of our natural fathers.       Jhn 3:27 ASV - John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it have been given him from heaven.
Jhn 3:28 ASV - Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but, that I am sent before him.
Jhn 3:29 ASV - He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, that standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is made full.
Jhn 3:30 ASV - He must increase, but I must decrease.

And whom he foreordained, them he also called ,  its a wonderful truth to have the eyes to see God is in charge and working in us all , to bring us to a place of redemption a place of surrender in all completeness .  You see to be saved is to receive the spirit of Christ Jesus by faith .
Gal 2:20 ASV - I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.   We will all die the death of our natural flesh someday , it appointed unto to us all ,and than the judgement .  Jesus said the last enemy to be conquered is death . Not physical death but spiritual death. And because he rose again to newness of life he gave us that right to . People that say Jesus did not resurrect in his flesh must understand there will be no hope for them in the last day .  Those that believe in him will resurrect just as Jesus resurrected.  But to a new body a glorified body , Luk 24:39 ASV - See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye behold me having.
Luk 24:44 ASV - And he said unto them, These are my words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must needs be fulfilled, which are written in the law of Moses, and the prophets, and the psalms, concerning me.
Luk 24:45 ASV - Then opened he their mind, that they might understand the scriptures;
Jhn 1:12 ASV - But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Jhn 1:13 ASV - who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Jhn 1:14 ASV - And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace and truth.
The Lord came to save Spirit ,soul , and body , the spirit is to be save and take on the very nature of Jesus .  That is what being baptized means , we die to our old nature and live unto the new nature God gives us through his son Jesus. Our soul is our mind ,will and our emotions . Through our baptisim according to John , the only way for our baptism to be in effect is through repentance 
To be sorrowful for our past sins.  Without repentance no man shall see the Lord.   2Co 7:10 ASV - For godly sorrow worketh repentance unto salvation, a repentance which bringeth no regret: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.  Its more than getting wet , 1Pe 3:21 ASV - which also after a true likeness doth now save you, even baptism, not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the interrogation of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ;
1Pe 3:22 ASV - who is one the right hand of God, having gone into heaven; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.


1Pe 3:20 ASV - that aforetime were disobedient, when the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water:   Heb 11:7 ASV - By faith Noah, being warned of God concerning things not seen as yet, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; through which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.  Can we see here with eyes of the spirit , what the Lord is doing in our life's . Noah was a type and a shadow of what is happening in this very hour.   The water saved Noah and his family the number eight being New beginnings  eight SOULS were saved .   Prepared an ark to the saving of his house , the Ark being a place of safety.  The Ark here is Jesus , Jesus said he was the Way the Truth and the Life.  And it says that Noah condemned the world through this Ark of safety.

Rom 12:1 ASV - I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.
Rom 12:2 ASV - And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Coming to Jesus is more than a form of religion , the word of God is the absolute in all things.
Born of the water and of the spirit,   water is a type of the tomb or grave of Christ .  And when we go down in the watery grave we are saying to the world and all those around we are dying to our flesh our carnal man . And are being resurrected unto the newness life which comes through
Christ .
Rom 6:1 ASV - What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
Rom 6:2 ASV - God forbid. We who died to sin, how shall we any longer live therein?
Rom 6:3 ASV - Or are ye ignorant that all we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
Rom 6:4 ASV - We were buried therefore with him through baptism unto death: that like as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.
Rom 6:5 ASV - For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection;
Rom 6:6 ASV - knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away, that so we should no longer be in bondage to sin;
Rom 6:7 ASV - for he that hath died is justified from sin.  Dead men cannot sin any longer ,  Noah condemended the world the same world we live in today.

Through which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.  Jhn 1:12 ASV - But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name:  To become children of God ,
Luk 20:36 ASV - for neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.

And what son shall we be made like? Jesus was the pattern to be reveled in his day.

It says the good ground of our hearts. So if Jesus was the word of God being sown in our hearts ,who shall we look like spiritually . Jesus was one man in the earth sowing the seed of his father. His death has brought now a corporate body of himself through the word of his father .   1Jo 3:2 ASV - Beloved, now are we children of God, and it is not yet made manifest what we shall be. We know that, if he shall be manifested, we shall be like him; for we shall see him even as he is.   By faith we see in a mirror      1Co 13:12 ASV - For now we see in a mirror, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know fully even as also I was fully known.
2Co 3:18 ASV - But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit.
Jas 1:23 ASV - For if any one is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a mirror:  God is coming back for the fruit of his son in you , the fruit of the spirit the very nature of his son .  Jesus told Phillip if you see me you see the father, no man can come unto the father but by me.  Jesus came to show us the father .

Conformed, Conformable:
"to fashion or shape one thing like another," is translated "conformed" in Rom 12:2, AV; RV, "fashioned;" "fashioning" in 1Pe 1:14. This verb has more especial reference to that which is transitory, changeable, unstable; summorphizo, to that which is essential in character and thus complete or durable, not merely a form or outline. Suschematizo could not be used of inward transformation.

of believers, Rom 12:2, "be ye transformed," the obligation being to undergo a complete change which, under the power of God, will find expression in character and conduct; morphe lays stress on the inward change, schema (see the preceding verb in that verse, suschematizo) lays stress on the outward (see FASHION, No. 3, FORM, No. 2); the present continuous tenses indicate a process; 2Cr 3:18 describes believers as being "transformed (RV) into the same image" (i.e., of Christ in all His moral excellencies), the change being effected by the Holy Spirit.

Renewing in the Greek: anakainosis

Renew, Renewing (Verb and Noun):
akin to A, No. 1, "a renewal," is used in Rom 12:2, "the renewing (of your mind)," i.e., the adjustment of the moral and spiritual vision and thinking to the mind of God, which is designed to have a transforming effect upon the life; in Tts 3:5, where "the renewing of the Holy Spirit" is not a fresh bestowment of the Spirit, but a revival of His power, developing the Christian life; this passage stresses the continual operation of the indwelling Spirit of God; the Romans passage stresses the willing response on the part of the believer.

Mind in the   Greek: nous

Mind (Noun and Verb):      the new nature, which belongs to the believer by reason of the new birth, Rom 7:23, 25, where it is contrasted with "the flesh," the principle of evil which dominates fallen man. Under (b) may come 2Th 2:2, where it stands for the determination to be steadfast amidst afflictions, through the confident expectation of the day of rest and recompense mentioned in the first chapter.

 We take on our new spirit when we are saved truly saved taking on the spirit of Christ in our daily life's ,  Adam gave us our souls by his flesh being born of his loins born unto the curse of sin and death. Being saved and being born again are two different things .  His disciples were saved by their belief in his being the son of God and they followed him for three years learning of him and his father God . But Jesus told them their was another gift a promise of the father to them coming as a helper a comforter .     Jhn 14:16 ASV - And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may be with you for ever,

The spirit of truth ,  being BORN again    Jhn 1:4 ASV - In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Jhn 1:5 ASV - And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness apprehended it not.
Jhn 1:9 ASV - There was the true light, even the light which lighteth every man, coming into the world.

 And our Bodies are being transformed daily from death unto life through Gods word. To the renewing of our minds  ,   but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
The only way we can know the true will of God in our life's is to submit to his word in every area of our life . Jesus said why do you call me Lord and do not do what I say, if you love me you will obey my words.   1Co 15:45 ASV - So also it is written, The first man Adam became a living soul. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.   

Mat 13:23 ASV - And he that was sown upon the good ground, this is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; who verily beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
Mat 13:37 ASV - And he answered and said, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
Mat 13:38 ASV - and the field is the world; and the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the tares are the sons of the evil one;
Luk 8:15 ASV - And that in the good ground, these are such as in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, hold it fast, and bring forth fruit with patience.

Now I want to say we are coming to a place soon of great trials and tribulations , Matt 24 Jesus said like no other time in history.  We must began to lose our identity to this world and all the ties that so easily bind us to this world .      Rom 12:2 ASV - And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.    Mat 24:8 ASV - But all these things are the beginning of travail.
Mat 24:9 ASV - Then shall they deliver you up unto tribulation, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all the nations for my name's sake.
Mat 24:13 ASV - But he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.
Mat 24:14 ASV - And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a testimony unto all the nations; And Then Shall The End Come !     

The Son Of A Father

Luk 1:76 ASV - Yea and thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Most High: For thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to make ready his ways;
Luk 1:77 ASV - To give knowledge of salvation unto his people In the remission of their sins,
Luk 1:78 ASV - Because of the tender mercy of our God, Whereby the dayspring from on high shall visit us,

Isa 61:1 ASV - The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is upon me; because Jehovah hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
I was that broken heart , I was captive to this world and all its trappings . And I was bound up to my lust , in prison to the demons that ruled me .  This Isaiah 61 is to us all , its Jesus and his crucifixion,  he took your place for sins from the past to the present the word says he paid the ransom for us with his blood .  I was ruled by a demon of alcohol for most of my adult life .  It was a curse that came through my families blood ,  and many more spirits that controlled me in my daily life .   It is a truth that many of Gods people do not want to deal with . It is all in the scriptures confirming what the key to total liberty is.  People say a christian cannot have a demon , very convenient for the one saying this and that is not the gospel , and very destructive to the ones in need of deliverance . Jesus and the woman seeking deliverance for her daughter from a demon.   Mat 15:22 ASV - And behold, a Canaanitish woman came out from those borders, and cried, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a demon.
Mat 15:24 ASV - But he answered and said, I was not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Mat 15:25 ASV - But she came and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
Mat 15:26 ASV - And he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread and cast it to the dogs.      Children's bread , deliverance is not for the lost of this world ! it is for the saved . Jesus said you must first bind the strong man before you can plunder his house.  It is unbelief to believe that christians can not have demons, demons are rulers of you flesh .   That is the main problem in the church today many are in need of deliverance and they struggle not realizing the remedy.   And no one with the gifts or the faith to minister deliverance to the church.  And these signs shall follow those who believe.     Mar 16:17 ASV - And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mat 15:27 ASV - But she said, Yea, Lord: for even the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.
Mat 15:28 ASV - Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it done unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was healed from that hour.
  Amo 7:7 ASV - Thus he showed me: and, behold, the Lord stood beside a wall made by a plumb-line, with a plumb-line in his hand.
Amo 7:8 ASV - And Jehovah said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumb-line. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumb-line in the midst of my people Israel; I will not again pass by them any more; Amo 7:17 ASV - therefore thus saith Jehovah: Thy wife shall be a harlot in the city, and thy sons and thy daughters shall fall by the sword, and thy land shall be divided by line; and thou thyself shalt die in a land that is unclean, and Israel shall surely be led away captive out of his land.
  This tool or instrument is use when a building or a construction project is started . The line according to gravity will determine the exactness of a vertical building or a wall etc.    So it is with our lifes , and God is holding the line and it measures our life as we travel through this earth .  Above I bring the scriptures of John and his mission to prepare people for the coming of Jesus. John had to come first , with out John we could never know Jesus .  When people say I am saved or they got saved .   SAVED in   Greek: sozo

Heal, Healing:
"to save," is translated by the verb "to heal" in the AV of Mar 5:23; Luk 8:36 (RV, "to make whole;" so AV frequently); the idea is that of saving from disease and its effects. 
This is be saved , to be made whole to be healed delivered from all our diseases.  The good news the good tidings Jesus spoke of .   Mat 10:1 ASV - And he called unto him his twelve disciples, and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of disease and all manner of sickness.    Eph 2:2 ASV - wherein ye once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the powers of the air, of the spirit that now worketh in the sons of disobedience;
Eph 2:3 ASV - among whom we also all once lived in the lust of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest:--
Eph 2:4 ASV - but God, being rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Eph 2:18 ASV - for through him we both have our access in one Spirit unto the Father.
Eph 2:19 ASV - So then ye are no more strangers and sojourners, but ye are fellow-citizens with the saints, and of the household of God,
Eph 2:20 ASV - being built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief corner stone;
Eph 2:21 ASV - in whom each several building, fitly framed together, groweth into a holy temple in the Lord;

Luk 10:1 ASV - Now after these things the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself was about to come.  They went with the truth of repentance and baptism . Make you paths straight for the Lord ,    Luk 6:45 ASV - The good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth that which is evil: for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.   God has come to save you spirit ,soul and body . And the heart is your mind, will and emotions .  Can you see how Jesus has come to heal you completely , before Christ there was no power to command demons there was no deliverance .  Luk 4:18 ASV - The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor: He hath sent me to proclaim release to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised,  He is the promise of life everlasting .   Listen I wrestle with my demons for years not realizing the power given to me through Jesus ,   Rom 8:2 ASV - For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death. Adam became a living soul but Jesus was a life giving spirit .  One night I was at a the end of my struggle I was broken and desperate . I had been struggling with this Alcohol problem for years, in was so debilitating and destructive .  I was so grieved and tired and I did not realize the liberty and the promises God had given me through his son . I was drinking at that moment sick of the life I was living , knowing I had no ability to change or to stop .  So I cried out to the Lord quietly and said Lord if you do not save me I will die in this situation , please help me I want your righteousness in me . Now there were family members there at that moment , they were visiting and talking. But I was alone in my mind and hurting.  At that very moment I was picked up and thrown to the floor and something had hold of me. I was being turned about and it was as if I were wrestling some one. I tried to stand up but could not and it was very violent and tormenting. And than this voice spoke to me in my mind and said relax turn loose you are being delivered. Something was screaming loudly out of me and throwing me and slamming me to the floor.  And after a few minutes I fell limp and was completely exhausted as I lay there I was speaking in another tongue and thanking God.  My life was totally change that night. I drank for years wanting to stop and many nights I would cry myself to sleep . I know now many people today go through this torment with no relief .  The shame and embarrassment of this it is so overwhelming , men and women die every day with this bondage in their life.  It not a matter of just quitting it is demonic a person can not stop on there on it takes the power of Christ .   It is not a sickness it is demonic bondage and with in a few minutes I was delivered totally set free.   Luk 8:2 ASV - and certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities: Mary that was called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, this woman was saved and loved Jesus .   Luk 13:11 ASV - And behold, a woman that had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years; and she was bowed together, and could in no wise lift herself up.
Luk 13:12 ASV - And when Jesus saw her, he called her, and said to her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.
Luk 13:13 ASV - And he laid his hands upon her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.   Eighteen years seeking relief , an instantly she was made whole by Jesus. 
We live in a spiritual world when we come to Jesus and he is that life giving spirit. 
 Mar 16:17 ASV - And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18 ASV - they shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall in no wise hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.   If we deny this truth we deny the promise of Jesus and this glorious word of God.    Jesus rose from the dead he conquered hell and death for you and he gave you the promise of the Holy Spirit to have the power to overcome.   Jesus did resurrect from the grave and by doing so he gave us the right to live eternally also.      Jhn 14:19 ASV - Yet a little while, and the world beholdeth me no more; but ye behold me: because I live, ye shall live also.   Mat 20:28 ASV - even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.    Jesus said because of the  traditions and teaching of your fathers you make the word of God of no effect. 
Jhn 2:19 ASV - Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
Jhn 2:21 ASV - But he spake of the temple of his body.   Mat 23:38 ASV - Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
Luk 13:35 ASV - Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.  Jesus fulfilled the old covenant and they denied him as the son of God , they denied his salvation through his blood.
And so it will be of every man today who denies Christ and his promises.  Three days and Jesus rose from the dead , the new church was established and the old testament fulfilled.  And we are his body the body of Christ as a corporate body of believers.     1Jo 4:2 ASV - Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:   Only by the spirit of God can a man say Jesus is Lord .  And he has come in the flesh in the flesh of every one that believes and confess that they have the spirit of Christ     Rom 8:9 ASV - But ye are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you. But if any man hath not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.     1Jo 4:3 ASV - and every spirit that confesseth not Jesus is not of God: and this is the spirit of the antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it cometh; and now it is in the world already.     
Mat 27:17 ASV - When therefore they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus who is called Christ?
Mat 27:20 ASV - Now the chief priests and the elders persuaded the multitudes that they should ask for Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.

Jhn 14:4 ASV - And whither I go, ye know the way.
Jhn 14:5 ASV - Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; how know we the way?
Jhn 14:6 ASV - Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.   God is coming again for sons of God and Jesus is the example of a son .
And the only way to the father is to manifest that son ship .


Luk 10:17 ASV - And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject unto us in thy name.   Some people say all this died with the apostles my witness is that it is  the gospel according to Paul or the other disciples .    Luk 24:49 ASV - And behold, I send forth the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city, until ye be clothed with power from on high

Psalms 148

Pro 6:16 ASV - There are six things which Jehovah hateth; Yea, seven which are an abomination unto him:     Abomination     a disgusting thing, abomination, abominable .


Pro 6:17 ASV - Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, And hands that shed innocent blood;
Haughty /  to rise, rise up, be high, be lofty, be exalted . Lying /  lie, deception, disappointment, falsehood .  Hands that shed innocent blood ,  Innocent / clean, free from, exempt, clear, innocent
As I write this I am reminded of the condition of mankind today , and the apathy of society to turn from truth and except the abomination of taking the life of innocent children , deception covers their eyes and the hand that shead's innocent blood , takes children's lifes daily .  It must come ! the word of God has spoken it , When men yield to it than it becomes an abomination unto God.  
Rev 14:19 ASV - And the angel cast his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vintage of the earth, and cast it into the winepress, the great winepress, of the wrath of God.
Rev 14:20 ASV - And the winepress are trodden without the city, and there came out blood from the winepress, even unto the bridles of the horses, as far as a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
Winepress   /  the word is used metaphorically with reference to the execution of Divine judgment upon the gathered foes of God at the close of this age preliminary to the establishment of the Millennial kingdom. 
Jer 30:23 ASV - Behold, the tempest of Jehovah, even his wrath, is gone forth, a sweeping tempest: it shall burst upon the head of the wicked.
Rom 9:22 ASV - What if God, willing to show his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering vessels of wrath fitted unto destruction:
Rev 16:19 ASV - And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and Babylon the great was remembered in the sight of God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.   There is a great deception gone forth in the church today ,  they say there is no Hell,  God will not put people in a place called hell with torment and unquenchable fire .
 Luk 3:17 ASV - whose fan is in his hand, thoroughly to cleanse his threshing-floor, and to gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn up with unquenchable fire.   Separating the wheat from the tares ,  The whole word of God is true , and men speak half truths to sway the people and deceive .  Just because the church world believes it does not make it truth . Broad is the way unto destruction  Mat 7:13 ASV - Enter ye in by the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many are they that enter in thereby. 


Pro 6:18 ASV - A heart that deviseth wicked purposes, Feet that are swift in running to mischief,
Mat 15:19 ASV - For out of the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, railings:   Feet are a description of a mans deliberate intent to spread lies and with willingness to deceive.  But Gods word for the just is , Eph 6:15 ASV - and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

Pro 6:19 ASV - A false witness that uttereth lies, And he that soweth discord among brethren.
Pro 12:17 ASV - He that uttereth truth showeth forth righteousness; But a false witness, deceit.
Pro 14:5 ASV - A faithful witness will not lie; But a false witness uttereth lies.  The false witness is the ones that put Jesus on his cross .  It will come again and this time it will be for the saints of God ,  where do you stand with the truth of Gods word .  The things happening today are ordained of God and it is his doing . Jesus went to his cross as an example to those that believe , he said if you do not go to your cross you can not be his disciple .  Isa 40:5 ASV - and the glory of Jehovah shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of Jehovah hath spoken it.
Eze 20:48 ASV - And all flesh shall see that I, Jehovah, have kindled it; it shall not be quenched.
Luk 3:6 ASV - And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

Pro 6:20 ASV - My son, keep the commandment of thy father, And forsake not the law of thy
mother:    Mar 3:35 ASV - For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.  Mother here is the living church the true Zion the all Israel of God our father.

Pro 6:21 ASV - Bind them continually upon thy heart; Tie them about thy neck.  The heart of man is  inner man, mind, will, heart, understanding  The neck here is speaking of a mans mouth  his tongue .   Mat 15:18 ASV - But the things which proceed out of the mouth come forth out of the heart; and they defile the man.   In verse 16 we see the seventh thing which God says is an abomination. He that soweth discord among brethren, remember the ten spies and the out come of the report they gave, and when Caleb and Joshua spoke faith to them they rose up to kill them.  2Ti 4:3 ASV - For the time will come when they will not endure the sound doctrine; but, having itching ears, will heap to themselves teachers after their own lusts;
  Its not what you see with your eyes , and the days are coming when every man shall live by faith not by sight . Eight men gave a devastating report we are doomed there is no way out we will all die.  Caleb and Joshua were looking with there hearts and saw the victory they believed God.  And they were the only two of the twelve that walked into the promise land .  So what we see here is the word Faith again ,      Hbr 11:6 ASV - And without faith it is impossible to be well-pleasing unto him; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that seek after him.     Are you living and abiding in the promises of God , what are the promises of God .  Gal 3:16 ASV - Now to Abraham were the promises spoken, and to his seed. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.   The promises are Gods blessing to us they will deliver us from the curse of this world.
2Pe 1:4 ASV - whereby he hath granted unto us his precious and exceeding great promises; that through these ye may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in that world by lust.   Jesus is the way and the truth and the life he is that divine nature. He is that fruit we must manifest .  He gave you a cross he said you must pick it up and follow him
We are all born of the dirt of this earth , and God is planting seed in us .  Jesus was the sower and he said he was sowing the word of God .  Luk 8:15 ASV - And that in the good ground, these are such as in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, hold it fast, and bring forth fruit with patience.    Time is precious now and we must take hold of this word of God and put it deep in our hearts.    Jhn 12:48 ASV - He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my sayings, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I spake, the same shall judge him in the last day.  It done already it is finished as far as the will and intent of our father , when Jesus on his cross said it is finished this is what he was speaking of .   It says  Rom 14:10 ASV - But thou, why dost thou judge thy brother? or thou again, why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment-seat of God.  

Pro 6:22 ASV - When thou walkest, it shall lead thee; When thou sleepest, it shall watch over thee; And when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee.   This is the word of God bearing fruit in us
 Bind them continually upon thy heart; Tie them about thy neck , the Heart, mind and the will and the emotions of man .  We are to hold fast this truth and bind it to our hearts and the neck is where men wear ornaments and things of beauty .  And also our mouth must always have the confession of our faith .  Isa 61:10 ASV - I will greatly rejoice in Jehovah, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with a garland, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels. The jewels are the righteousness of our faith , we bind about our neck the righteousness of  Christ , for we are the righteousness of God in Christ .  This verse 22 says the word of God will lead us in our daily walk, and when we sleep it will watch over us and keep us and lastly it will speak to your hearts and confirm his love to you . Col 1:13 ASV - who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love;

Pro 6:23 ASV - For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; And reproofs of instruction are the way of life:  

2Cr 4:6 ASV - Seeing it is God, that said, Light shall shine out of darkness, who shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
1Pe 2:9 ASV - But ye are a elect race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that ye may show forth the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Rev 14:7 ASV - and he saith with a great voice, Fear God, and give him glory; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made the heaven and the earth and sea and fountains of waters.
