Putting On The Armour Of Light

Rom 13:12 ASV - The night is far spent, and the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.

I woke early this morning with an urgency an impending feeling of something ominous coming.
I know through the last year that the Holy Spirit has been warning me to stay in prayer to stay alert .    I wake early and I know it is the Spirit speaking go to prayer its late and there are many to pray for and to petition the Lord for .  This is a call to the whole church to be in prayer and watching.    1Peter 4:7  But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore of sound mind, and be sober unto prayer:   This has nothing to do with time as far as when it was written and being that this is 2016 . God is eternal and God has no time , The word is alive and active with the ability to change the thoughts of the mind and the intentions of our heart.  As for late we must realize it is speaking as to the condition of  mans soul   because God is so kind and loving he comes to every man and brings conviction . Jesus speaks in scripture that he did not come to condemn the world but to save mankind.   And the word Mark came to me so this is about that very word. 

Phl 3:14 KJV - I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Watching ?   and what is he saying to look for , Jesus said he will come again as a thief in the night  This will be when man least expects him ,  spiritually sleeping   The world is full of violence and all manner of evil Just as in the days of Noah . I believe Sodom will pale in comparison to this world today as far as the glut of every form of sin and evil in mans mind in it devious intentions of their hearts .   Luk 10:10 ASV - But into whatsoever city ye shall enter, and they receive you not, go out into the streets thereof and say,
Luk 10:11 ASV - Even the dust from your city, that cleaveth to our feet, we wipe off against you: nevertheless know this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh.
Luk 10:12 ASV - I say unto you, it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.     We see now the condition of this country they reject Jesus and his word,  every country has turned against the word of God and his mercy .  2Pe 2:1 ASV - But there arose false prophets also among the people, as among you also there shall be false teachers, who shall privily bring in destructive heresies, denying even the Master that bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.
2Pe 2:12 ASV - But these, as creatures without reason, born mere animals to be taken and destroyed, railing in matters whereof they are ignorant, shall in their destroying surely be destroyed,   This watching is the voice of God through his word warning the church of the coming darkness upon the whole earth.   Times of tribulation is already here there are people in other nation's that are dying as I write this , they love not their lives even unto death.  God has blessed this nation greatly his mercy has been upon the people .  As a boy and in my early years of study and reading the word of God Revelations has always been as a shadow a mystery upon mankind but always as a reminder of things to come .  My friend it is no more a distant shadow the mystery has been reveled in Christ it is here in all its glory to bring Gods kingdom to this earth.  2Pe 3:8 ASV - But forget not this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.   Jesus said when he comes again will he find faith on the earth     Luk 18:1 ASV - And he spake a parable unto them to the end that they ought always to pray, and not to faint;  For we have this treasure in earthen vessels , the first miracle , sign Jesus did was for the church of today . It was at wedding feast of a young man being married to a bride .  A type and shadow of the church to come the bride of Christ , his mother Mary spoke to Jesus saying they are out of wine what shall we do .  John 2   the stone water pots they are a type and shadow of you and I , vessels to be filled with the precious life of Jesus . We are made of the dust of the earth (water pots) and God has sent his son for the salvation of all man kind . The water is the word of God washing us and cleansing us reveling that salvation even unto redemption.    And as this word washes over our souls it brings clarity to our hearts and the power of Gods word which is Christ in you the hope of glory
Col 1:27 ASV - to whom God was pleased to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
  And the wine being his blood as that perfect sacrifice our Passover Lamb . This word is Christ in you and as we hear and obey this word it brings his nature and his life to abide in you.  The word mark is also to watch for our souls to be conformed unto the very image of Christ .  Jesus said he was the way the truth and the life ,  He spoke this to his disciples , he was going to his cross and he said but you know the way I am going .
Jhn 14:3 ASV - And if I go and prepare a place for you, I come again, and will receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Jhn 14:4 ASV - And whither I go, ye know the way.
Jhn 14:5 ASV - Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; how know we the way?
Jhn 14:6 ASV - Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.  The children of their father will look like him , just as Jesus was the exact image of his father so we to will look like our brother.

Mat 22:20 ASV - And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?
Mat 22:21 ASV - They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.
The image on the coin was of a deeper truth ! the coin is the world and all its vanity the love of money treasures upon the earth. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the vain glory of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 
Rom 12:1 ASV - I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.
Rom 12:2 ASV - And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Col 3:10 ASV - and have put on the new man, that is being renewed unto knowledge after the image of him that created him:  Jesus mission was to reveal the Father to the world to show us the who the Father is .
 Jhn 14:7 ASV - If ye had known me, ye would have known my Father also: from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. 
Jhn 14:8 ASV - Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
Jhn 14:9 ASV - Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and dost thou not know me, Philip?    I read this and always wonder who was speaking at that moment ,  he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; how sayest thou, Show us the Father?  God is a spirit so how could he manifest himself except through the flesh of Christ .
Jhn 14:10 ASV - Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I say unto you I speak not from myself: but the Father abiding in me doeth his works.   From the beginning of his birth to his death upon his cross Jesus was revealing the nature of his Father
He came to show us the way TO the father ! The way the truth and the life.  Eze 43:10 ASV - Thou, son of man, show the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the pattern.  
Rom 11:25 ASV - For I would not, brethren, have you ignorant of this mystery, lest ye be wise in your own conceits, that a hardening in part hath befallen Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in;
Rom 11:26 ASV - and so all Israel shall be saved: even as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer; He shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Col 3:11 ASV - where there cannot be Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondman, freeman; but Christ is all, and in all.
Is the church of Jesus ready for his return are you ready for his second coming ,  The bride of Christ . Having on the wedding garments at his return ,      Rev 19:6 ASV - And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunders, saying, Hallelujah: for the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigneth.
Rev 19:7 ASV - Let us rejoice and be exceeding glad, and let us give the glory unto him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
Rev 19:8 ASV - And it was given unto her that she should array herself in fine linen, bright and pure: for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.  The water to wine in us the washing of the water of the word over us .
Rev 19:9 ASV - And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they that are bidden to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are true words of God.

Eph 5:25 ASV - Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it;
Eph 5:26 ASV - that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,
Eph 5:27 ASV - that he might present the church to himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Luk 18:7 ASV - And shall not God avenge his elect, that cry to him day and night, and yet he is longsuffering over them?   God is faithful he is our strong tower to run into.
Luk 18:8 ASV - I say unto you, that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?  This is a parable of the church the faithful witness in their trials and hardships , being faithful to the end whether it be in your life time or the end of this earth .    Mat 10:38 ASV - And he that doth not take his cross and follow after me, is not worthy of me.  
 1Co 15:49 ASV - And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of
the heavenly.  The earthly image was that of Adam but it says that we shall bear the image of the heavenly Jesus was the only one that came out of heaven and he is the only one to return into heaven .  The father is not coming for your flesh the carnal nature he is coming for the fruit of his son in you and we shall bear the image of his son Jesus Christ .  2Co 4:10 ASV - always bearing about in the body the dying of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our body.

1Co 15:50 ASV - Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
