Rev 7:14 Washing Our Robes In The Blood Of The Lamb
Exo 12:4 ASV - and if the household be too little for a lamb, then shall he and his neighbor next unto his house take one according to the number of the souls; according to every man's eating ye shall make your count for the lamb.
Exo 12:5 ASV - Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male a year old: ye shall take it from the sheep, or from the goats: The word here says the sacrifice will be with out blemish perfect in every way . One year old , one year is twelve months old and the number twelve represents The perfection of Government . Twelve patriarchs , twelve Apostles etc. Jesus was this type and shadow of the sacrificial Lamb in Exo 12 he is the Passover of the sheep of Gods pasture . Jesus spoke about eating his flesh and drinking his blood spiritually . The father delivered his children that night out of the hands of Egypt and this world today is our Egypt . We need to discern the body and the blood of the Lamb in this our today
Isa 53:2 ASV - For he grew up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
Isa 53:3 ASV - He was despised, and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and as one from whom men hide their face he was despised; and we esteemed him not.
Isa 53:4 ASV - Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
Isa 53:5 ASV - But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Exo 12:6 ASV - and ye shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at even. The number fourteen is also a type and shadow of the coming redemption of Christ . Fourteen Deliverance and Salvation
Exo 12:7 ASV - And they shall take of the blood, and put it on the two side-posts and on the lintel, upon the houses wherein they shall eat it. The blood being the New Covenant of God through Christ
Exo 12:22 ASV - And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two side-posts with the blood that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning. Hyssop is that type and shadow of the fragrance of and that aroma that God loved of his sacrifice for the sins of the world . The word says it pleased the father to bruise him . Isa 53:10 ASV - Yet it pleased Jehovah to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Jehovah shall prosper in his hand.
Psa 51:7 ASV - Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. David knew what the spiritual significance of hyssop was in this verse .
Gen 49:11 ASV - Binding his foal unto the vine, And his ass’s colt unto the choice vine; He hath washed his garments in wine, And his vesture in the blood of grapes: Joseph was a type and shadow of Jesus the Christ . Gen 50:20 ASV - And as for you, ye meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. 1Co 2:8 ASV - which none of the rulers of this world hath known: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory: The devil meant it for bad but the father meant it for good .
Jhn 12:15 ASV - Fear not, daughter of Zion: behold, thy King cometh, sitting on an ass's colt.
Rev 19:13 ASV - And he is arrayed in a garment sprinkled with blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
Exo 12:11 ASV - And thus shall ye eat it: with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is Jehovah's passover.
Exo 12:12 ASV - For I will go through the land of Egypt in that night, and will smite all the first-born in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments: I am Jehovah.
Exo 12:13 ASV - And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and there shall no plague be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.
David prophesied many times of the coming of Christ at his appointed time , Wash me in Hyssop and I will be made clean .
Rev 7:14 ASV - And I say unto him, My lord, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they that come out of the great tribulation, and they washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 2Co 5:1 ASV - For we know that if the earthly house of our tabernacle be dissolved, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens.
2Co 5:2 ASV - For verily in this we groan, longing to be clothed upon with our habitation which is from heaven:
2Co 5:3 ASV - if so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
Robes Greek: stole
Clothing, Cloths, Clothes, Cloke, Coat:
Peribolaion, from periballo, "to throw around," lit., "that which is thrown around," was a wrap or mantle. It is used in 1Cr 11:15, of the hair of a woman which is given to her as a veil; in Hbr 1:12, of the earth and the heavens, which the Lord will roll up "as a mantle," RV, for AV, "vesture". The other word in that verse rendered "garment," RV, is himation.
Isa 61:9 ASV - And their seed shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples; all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which Jehovah hath blessed.
Isa 61:10 ASV - I will greatly rejoice in Jehovah, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with a garland, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
Garland pᵉʼêr, peh-ayr'; from H6286; an embellishment, i.e. fancy head-dress:—beauty, bonnet, goodly, ornament, tire. , From a crown of thorns to a crown of olive branches as the victor wears in the games from the oil to the gold .
Crown of thorns Jhn 19:5 ASV - Jesus therefore came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple garment. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold, the man!
Crown Greek: stephanos Crown metaph. the eternal blessedness which will be given as a prize to the genuine servants of God and Christ: the crown (wreath) which is the reward of the righteousness the victor's crown," the symbol of triumph in the games or some such contest; hence, by metonymy, a reward or prize; Isaiah 53:1-12 The thorns were indicative of mans sin , oh death where is thy sting . Phl 2:8 ASV - and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient even unto death, yea, the death of the cross.
I inquired one day of the Lord as to the meaning of the Jewels the bride will adorn herself with , I believe his word tells us the meaning of these Jewels it is the knowledge and understanding and acts of his righteousness manifesting through us . Rev 19:8 ASV - And it was given unto her that she should array herself in fine linen, bright and pure: for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
Isa 61:11 ASV - For as the earth bringeth forth its bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord Jehovah will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations. The garden here is the soul of man and the seed is what Jesus has sown in the heart of man , his fathers gospel the good news .
Mat 13:23 ASV - And he that was sown upon the good ground, this is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; who verily beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
The honest heart is that good ground that receives the word of God and that word is Christ made flesh
and abiding in you . Col 1:27 ASV - to whom God was pleased to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
The mystery has been revealed it is Jesus living in you the hope of eternal life .
Isa 53:10 ASV - Yet it pleased Jehovah to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Jehovah shall prosper in his hand.
1Jo 2:28 ASV - And now, my little children, abide in him; that, if he shall be manifested, we may have boldness, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
Manifested Greek: phaneroo
Appear, Appearing:
akin to No. 1, signifies, in the Active Voice, "to manifest;" in the Passive Voice, "to be manifested;" so, regularly, in the RV, instead of "to appear." See 2Cr 7:12; Col 3:4; Hbr 9:26; 1Pe 5:4; 1Jo 2:28; 3:2; Rev 3:18. To be manifested, in the Scriptural sense of the word, is more than to "appear." A person may "appear" in a false guise or without a disclosure of what he truly is; to be manifested is to be revealed in one's true character; this is especially the meaning of phaneroo, see, e.g., Jhn 3:21; 1Cr 4:5; 2Cr 5:10, 11; Eph 5:13.
1Jo 3:2 ASV - Beloved, now are we children of God, and it is not yet made manifest what we shall be. We know that, if he shall be manifested, we shall be like him; for we shall see him even as he is.
This mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory
1Co 15:23 ASV - But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; then they that are Christ's, at his coming.
1Co 15:49 ASV - And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
1Co 15:53 ASV - For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
If the spirit of God is not living in you ask of God who will give liberally to those that ask.
Luk 11:13 ASV - If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
You must be FILLED with his spirit just as in the book of Acts 2 ,
Jas 1:12 ASV - Blessed is the man that endureth temptation; for when he hath been approved, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord promised to them that love him.
1Pe 5:4 ASV - And when the chief Shepherd shall be manifested, ye shall receive the crown of glory that fadeth not away.
Rev 3:11 ASV - I come quickly: hold fast that which thou hast, that no one take thy crown.
Rev 12:1 ASV - And a great sign was seen in heaven: a woman arrayed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars;
Crown Greek metaph. the eternal blessedness which will be given as a prize to the genuine servants of God and Christ: the crown (wreath) which is the reward of the righteousness
