Rom 6-5 United with him in the likeness of his death

                       Luk 4:18 ASV - The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor: He hath sent me to proclaim release to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised,
Mar 16:15 ASV - And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation. 
 Gospel  Greek: euangelion     Gospel (Noun and Verb: to Preach):           the "good tidings" of the Kingdom of God and of salvation through Christ, to be received by faith, on the basis of His expiatory death, His burial, resurrection, and ascension, e.g., Act 15:7; 20:24; 1Pe 4:17. 
Mar 16:16 ASV - He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that disbelieveth shall be condemned.     Baptized   to immerse, to submerge  Jesus is speaking of a spiritual truth here , to be baptized is to take on the spiritual death of our carnal flesh ,  The death that Jesus died physically .  Jesus spoke many times of a cross that every one that believed on him should suffer .  The cross is an instrument of suffering  ,  He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that disbelieveth shall be condemned.   What is this he is saying ? Paul explained it in   Rom 6:3 ASV - Or are ye ignorant that all we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?     - For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection .  The only way we are to be resurrected in the end of all things,  is to die in the likeness of Jesus death.   Water baptism is the most important thing we as believers can do it is not as the so called church world does.                                                        1Pe 3:18 ASV - Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God; being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;   in which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison,    that aforetime were disobedient, when the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water:    which also after a true likeness doth now save you, even baptism, not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the interrogation of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ;   Peter standing up full of the holy ghost in   Act 2:37 ASV - Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and the rest of the apostles, Brethren, what shall we do?  These people were convicted in their hearts at the words of Peter and immediately with godly sorrow ask how can we escape this great sin . 
Act 2:38 ASV - And Peter said unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.   The church does not preach repentance today ,  Repent   "Repentance (metanoia, 'change of mind') involves a turning with contrition from sin to God; the repentant sinner is in the proper condition to accept the divine forgiveness."   Baptized  would indicate that the "baptized" person was closely bound to, or became the property of, the one into whose name he was "baptized."  Jesus said he came in his fathers name Jhn 5:43 ASV - I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.   Greek: onoma  Name:          for all that a "name" implies, of authority, character, rank, majesty, power, excellence, etc., of everything that the "name" covers:       to wit, that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself, not reckoning unto them their trespasses, and having committed unto us the word of reconciliation.   God the father was in the body of Jesus reconciling the world back unto himself. Col 2:9 ASV - for in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily,
Act 2:39 ASV - For to you is the promise, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call unto him.  Jesus said to preach this gospel to all creation people are being born every day and they become a living soul they are this creation     Mar 16:15 ASV - And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation.   
For he that believes and is baptized shall be saved ,  Heb 4:1 ASV - Let us fear therefore, lest haply, a promise being left of entering into his rest, any one of you should seem to have come short of it.
2Pe 3:9 ASV - The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some count slackness; but is longsuffering to you-ward, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
1Jo 2:25 ASV - And this is the promise which he promised us, even the life eternal.
Rom 6:4 ASV - We were buried therefore with him through baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.   This baptism is our watery grave
Rom 6:5 ASV - For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection;   So than Jesus says   but he that disbelieveth shall be condemned . Disbelieve what is he saying here that water baptism is absolutely essential for salvation . It is here in his words you must die to self and water baptism was a sign to all that you agree with his word and you want to be saved not condemned with the world .
Rom 6:6 ASV - knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away, that so we should no longer be in bondage to sin;


Mar 16:17 ASV - And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18 ASV - they shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall in no wise hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Mar 16:19 ASV - So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken unto them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
Mar 16:20 ASV - And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.
 Act 2:38     And Peter said unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
  Remission  Greek: aphesis    Deliver, Deliverance, Deliverer:
denotes "a release, from bondage, imprisonment, etc." (the corresponding verb is aphiemi, "to send away, let go"); in Luk 4:18 it is used of "liberation" from captivity (AV, "deliverance," RV, "release").
Remember why we are baptized   according to the true Gospel the good news        Rom 6:5 ASV - For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection;
Rom 6:6 ASV - knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away, that so we should no longer be in bondage to sin;
Rom 6:7 ASV - for he that hath died is justified from sin.
Rom 6:10 ASV - For the death that he died, he died unto sin once: but the life that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
Rom 6:11 ASV - Even so reckon ye also yourselves to be dead unto sin, but alive unto God in Christ Jesus.
Rom 6:12 ASV - Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey the lusts thereof:
Water baptism is parallel to the Passover .  Exo 12:21 ASV - Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out, and take you lambs according to your families, and kill the Passover.
Exo 12:22 ASV - And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two side-posts with the blood that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning.
Exo 12:23 ASV - For Jehovah will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side-posts, Jehovah will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
They only way to apply the blood of Christ in your life is to consume the whole lamb eat the whole Lamb .   Jesus said except you eat my flesh and drink my blood
Exo 12:8 ASV - And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; with bitter herbs they shall eat it.   The destroyer was the judgement of God not only upon the Egyptians but those that did not obey this command .   The house to apply the blood to  in this verse is your body, your soul .   This is a spiritual deliverance from death into life , the flesh of Christ we eat is his whole Gospel he was sent to preach he was anointed by his father to be the Passover Lamb of God .  We feed upon his word daily we consume the whole lamb we eat the whole Lamb and obey this gospel.   And his blood is the fruit of his word , the very nature of Christ in us is the fruit of his spirit .  The fruit of the spirit is Christ nature
Gal 5:22 ASV - But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
Gal 5:23 ASV - meekness, self-control; against such there is no law.   Mat 3:15 ASV - But Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffereth him.    Jesus was our example to live by he was what we become in the spirit .                                             Col 1:27 ASV - to whom God was pleased to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
1Co 12:12 ASV - For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.
1Co 12:13 ASV - For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all made to drink of one Spirit.
Gal 5:24 ASV - And they that are of Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with the passions and the lusts thereof.
Gal 5:25 ASV - If we live by the Spirit, by the Spirit let us also walk.Jhn
6:53 ASV - Jesus therefore said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, ye have not life in yourselves.
Jhn 6:54 ASV - He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
Jhn 6:55 ASV - For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
Jhn 6:56 ASV - He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood abideth in me, and I in him.
Jhn 6:57 ASV - As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father; so he that eateth me, he also shall live because of me.
Jhn 6:58 ASV - This is the bread which came down out of heaven: not as the fathers ate, and died; he that eateth this bread shall live for ever.
