Sowing and Reaping

I was listening to a man teaching this morning and as I heard his voice and the words he spoke . The word Porter came to me , so as he finished his teaching . I held on to that word Porter and I went to the scripture John 10:1 . I was wanting to know the word porter in Greek .  Who is opening the door for the shepheard and his sheep ,   The Porter .  We who have heard his voice and obey his voice . Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek . We are called to plant the seed of Gods word . Mar 4:14 The sower soweth the word.      sowing" spiritual things in preaching and teaching , the harvest being proportionate to the "sowing" .

Jhn 10:1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.. Gal 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach unto you any gospel other than that which we preached unto you, let him be anathema. But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.  To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.

Jhn 10:9  I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture.  Jhn 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Sound (Noun and Verb): most frequently "a voice," is translated "sound" in Mat 24:31 Sound convey a specified impression when heard:

Porter . A male or a female janitor . Greek: thuroros

Porter:  "a door-keeper" (thura, "a door," ouros, "a guardian"), is translated "porter" in Mar 13:34; Jhn 10:3; it is used of a female in Jhn 18:16, 17, translated "(her) that kept the door."

To preach the gospel to all that will hear , Jesus is the word made flesh and when we speak his word of grace , The word says if any man hear my voice and open the door. Gods children are a voice in the wilderness.   Jesus says  I will enter in to a mans heart . John 10 : 1-3   Jesus said He was anointed to preach the good news the gospel of his father to the meek   Meek Heb .  poor, humble, afflicted, meek  Psa 51:17   The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit:   A broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
