Embracing The Hope Of Glory

                                           Now Jesus, full of [and in perfect communication with] the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness 2. for forty days, being tempted by the devil. And He ate nothing during those days, and when they ended, He was hungry. 3 Then the devil said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, command this stone to turn into bread.” 4 Jesus replied to him, “It is written and forever remains written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone.  Bread (Loaf):     Greek: artos Bread     metaphorically, "of Christ as the Bread of God, and of Life," Jhn 6:33, 35;   "food in general," the necessities for the sustenance of life, Mat 6:11; 2Cr 9:10, etc.   Jesus is saying here that there is something much more important than feeding our flesh , we eat to live not live to eat .  That is why fasting is one of the most important things we can do in our walk with God ,  fasting becomes a spiritual mirror to our soul . Isa 58   Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh .  We fast to afflict our souls so we can through the Holy Ghost see our selfs as God sees us.  David said Psa 139:23 KJV - Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
Psa 139:24 KJV - And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
Jer 17:9 ASV - The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?       Mat 6:16 ASV - Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen of men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have received their reward.  Jesus says here When you fast not if you decide to fast.    Listen it is the cross that you bear that will keep you holy that will cause you to seek for greater understanding through the spirit it says puting on the mind of Christ .   Jhn 4:21 ASV - Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when neither in this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, shall ye worship the Father.    Jesus said that the kingdom of God comes not with observation , men are looking for a building to call the church , Jesus said tear down this building and I will rebuild it in three days and he did through resurrection life ! he abides in the hearts of men God now abides in your heart .  From stone to flesh God is after our hearts our very souls .  Jesus said that you bear much fruit , every kind of fruit has a seed to regenerated itself .     1Co 15:38 ASV - but God giveth it a body even as it pleased him, and to each seed a body of its own.    We are earthy people born of flesh Jesus came to give us life everlasting through Gods word.   The parable of the seed Jesus being the sower of that seed .     Mat 13:3 ASV - And he spake to them many things in parables, saying, Behold, the sower went forth to sow;       some seeds fell by the way side others fell upon the rocky places  others fell upon the thorns .     Mat 13:8 ASV - and others fell upon the good ground, and yielded fruit, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.   The seed is the word of God and it only grows on the foundation of this gospel .  It says that others fell upon the good ground , its all about the heart of a man that is the good ground .
Rom 10:10 ASV - for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Pro 14:14 ASV - The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways; And a good man shall be satisfied from himself.

 Jhn 4:23 ASV - But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such doth the Father seek to be his worshippers.   
Jhn 4:24 ASV - God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship in spirit and truth.
Jhn 4:32 ASV - But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not.   When we fast this is the bread we eat ,  the word of God it will sustain us and keep us  Jhn 6:51 ASV - I am the living bread which came down out of heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: yea and the bread which I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world.   
Jhn 4:34 ASV - Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to accomplish his work.      Meat     Food:    Greek: broma
akin to No. 3, frequently translated "meat," and always so in the AV except in Mat 14:15, "victuals," is rendered "food" in the RV in Mat 14:15; Luk 3:11; 9:13.
Man shall not live by bread alone , but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God   That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.    We were born to die if you can grasp this .  Adam was a living soul and Jesus was a life giving spirit .  At the very beginning of his ministry Jesus said you have a cross to bear and if you do not pick up your cross and follow me you are not worthy of me.    Jesus was walking towards his cross for you and I.    He was Gods example unto mankind he was the Pattern son .

Jhn 3:3 ASV - Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born anew, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Jhn 3:4 ASV - Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter a second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Jhn 3:5 ASV - Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God!
Jhn 3:6 ASV - That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Jhn 3:7 ASV - Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born anew.
Jhn 1:11 ASV - He came unto his own, and they that were his own received him not.
Jhn 1:12 ASV - But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Jhn 1:13 ASV - who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.  Here is the life giving spirit believing and receiving Christ .  We were born to die Adams blood condemned us to death , but by his cross we are born again to newness of that life which he lived there is perfection in Christ the word made flesh .  We go from being captive in this world living in darkness blind and broken ,  Jesus the anointed came and brought light to us through his fathers will  that all that believe upon him and his cross of regeneration shall be saved .  Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.   2Co 5:17 ASV - Wherefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature: the old things are passed away; behold, they are become new.
2Co 5:18 ASV - But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and gave unto us the ministry of reconciliation;
2Co 5:19 ASV - to wit, that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself, not reckoning unto them their trespasses, and having committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Jhn 1:14 ASV - And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace and truth.
 5 Then he led Jesus up [to a high mountain] and displayed before Him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth [and their magnificence] in the twinkling of an eye. 6 And the devil said to Him, “I will give You all this realm and its glory [its power, its renown]; because it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. 7 Therefore if You worship before me, it will all be Yours.” 8 Jesus replied to him, “It is written and forever remains written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God and serve only Him.’”9 Then he led Jesus to Jerusalem and had Him stand on the pinnacle (highest point) of the temple, and said [mockingly] to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down from here; 10 for it is written and forever remains written,
‘He will command His angels concerning You to guard and protect You,’
11 and,‘they will lift You up on their hands,  So that You do not strike Your foot against a stone.’”
12 Jesus replied to him, “It is said [in Scripture], ‘you shall not tempt the Lord your God [to prove Himself to you].’”
13 When the devil had finished every temptation, he [temporarily] left Him until a more opportune time.
 Then he led Jesus up [to a high mountain] and displayed before Him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth [and their magnificence] in the twinkling of an eye  And the devil said to Him, “I will give You all this realm and its glory [its power, its renown]; because it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. 7 Therefore if You worship before me, it will all be Yours .    What are we seeing here in this verse satan is saying he owns all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth .     Kingdom:  Greek: basileia          the sphere in which, at any given time, His rule is acknowledged. God has not relinquished His sovereignty in the face of rebellion, demoniac and human, but has declared His purpose to establish it, Dan 2:44; 7:14; 1Cr 15:24, 25. Meantime, seeking willing obedience, He gave His law to a nation and appointed kings to administer His "kingdom" over it, 1Ch 28:5. Israel, however, though declaring still a nominal allegiance shared in the common rebellion, Isa 1:2-4, and, after they had rejected the Son of God, Jhn 1:11 (cp. Mat 21:33-43), were "cast away," Rom 11:15, 20, 25. Henceforth God calls upon men everywhere, without distinction of race or nationality, to submit voluntarily to His rule. Thus the "kingdom" is said to be "in mystery" now, Mar 4:11, that is, it does not come within the range of the natural powers of observation, Luk 17:20, but is spiritually discerned, Jhn 3:3 (cp. 1Cr 2:14). When, hereafter, God asserts His rule universally, then the "kingdom" will be in glory, that is, it will be manifest to all; cp. Mat 25:31-34; Phl 2:9-11; 2Ti 4:1, 18.
1Jo 2:15 ASV - Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
Jhn 15:19 ASV - If ye were of the world, the world would love its own: but because ye are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
Jas 2:5 ASV - Hearken, my beloved brethren; did not God choose them that are poor as to the world to be rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he promised to them that love him?
1Jo 3:1 ASV - Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called children of God; and such we are. For this cause the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Rom 12:1 ASV - I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.    This verse says to get on your cross and stay there which is your spiritual service ,  .   To present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God
Rom 12:2 ASV - And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.      

Fashioned    Fashion:    Greek: suschematizo

  being outwardly "conformed" to the things of this age is contrasted with being "transformed" (or transfigured) inwardly by the renewal of the thoughts through the Holy Spirit's power. A similar distinction holds good in Phl 3:21; the Lord will "fashion anew," or change outwardly, the body of our humiliation, and "conform" it in its nature (summorphos) to the body of His glory.   to conform one's self (i.e. one's mind and character) to another's pattern, (fashion one's self according to)
Transfigure:  Greek: metamorphoo
of believers, Rom 12:2, "be ye transformed," the obligation being to undergo a complete change which, under the power of God, will find expression in character and conduct; morphe lays stress on the inward change, schema (see the preceding verb in that verse, suschematizo) lays stress on the outward (see FASHION, No. 3, FORM, No. 2); the present continuous tenses indicate a process; 2Cr 3:18 describes believers as being "transformed (RV) into the same image" (i.e., of Christ in all His moral excellencies), the change being effected by the Holy Spirit.
 Renew, Renewing (Verb and Noun):   Greek: anakainosis
akin to A, No. 1, "a renewal," is used in Rom 12:2, "the renewing (of your mind)," i.e., the adjustment of the moral and spiritual vision and thinking to the mind of God, which is designed to have a transforming effect upon the life; in Tts 3:5, where "the renewing of the Holy Spirit" is not a fresh bestowment of the Spirit, but a revival of His power, developing the Christian life; this passage stresses the continual operation of the indwelling Spirit of God; the Romans passage stresses the willing response on the part of the believer.

 Mind (Noun and Verb):    Greek: nous
the new nature, which belongs to the believer by reason of the new birth, Rom 7:23, 25, where it is contrasted with "the flesh," the principle of evil which dominates fallen man. Under (b) may come 2Th 2:2, where it stands for the determination to be steadfast amidst afflictions, through the confident expectation of the day of rest and recompense mentioned in the first chapter
The truth in these two scriptures is profound and it is reveling the mystery of Gods word to his children .  If we eat this word feed upon his word daily  , consume this glorious word of truth . It will renew our minds it will revel the mind of Christ unto us ,  Rom 13:12 ASV - The night is far spent, and the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.
Rom 13:14 ASV - But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
Phl 2:5 ASV - Have this mind in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
1Pe 4:1 ASV - Forasmuch then as Christ suffered in the flesh, arm ye yourselves also with the same mind; for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;   We cannot sin if we are staying on our cross , the cross is an instrument of suffering .  The altar we fall on is our cross and we endure the cross for the sake of him who loved us and gave us eternal life by staying on this cross we will becme worthy of his sacrifice.
Col 1:9 ASV - For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray and make request for you, that ye may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,
Col 1:10 ASV - to walk worthily of the Lord unto all pleasing, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Col 1:11 ASV - strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, unto all patience and longsuffering with joy;
Col 1:12 ASV - giving thanks unto the Father, who made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light;
Col 1:13 ASV - who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love;
Col 1:14 ASV - in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins:
Col 1:25 ASV - whereof I was made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which was given me to you-ward, to fulfil the word of God,
Col 1:26 ASV - even the mystery which hath been hid for ages and generations: but now hath it been manifested to his saints,
Col 1:27 ASV - to whom God was pleased to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of Glory:

    Glory, Glorious:   Greek: doxa

 (a) of the nature and acts of God in self-manifestation, i.e., what He essentially is and does, as exhibited in whatever way he reveals Himself in these respects, and particularly in the person of Christ, in whom essentially His "glory" has ever shone forth and ever will do, Jhn 17:5, 24; Hbr 1:3; it was exhibited in the character and acts of Christ in the days of His flesh, Jhn 1:14; Jhn 2:11; at Cana both His grace and His power were manifested, and these constituted His "glory;" so also in the resurrection of Lazarus, Jhn 11:4, 40; the "glory" of God was exhibited in the resurrection of Christ, Rom 6:4, and in His ascension and exaltation, 1Pe 1:21, likewise on the Mount of Transfiguration, 2Pe 1:17. Friend if you are not sure if you have the spirit of God living in you not sure ,  than ask God for his spirit with an honest heart a repentant heart and he will give you this wonderful gift of life.
Luk 11:13 ASV - If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

 I remember when I first heard this back in the seventies it was a shaking a very sobering word most of the people listening with me got up and walk out .   They were so frighten by his words and most denied the message .   Because it brought the fear of God into their hearts but they confused it with an unrighteous fear of satan,    saying this is not God .    I believed it was God than and I am seeing it now ,  I am living this great prophecy I see it happening now as I write this  .     Matt 24 Jesus speaks of Gods judgement to come here is what he said to his disciples.  Mat 24:3 ASV - And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 
Mat 24:4 ASV - And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man lead you astray.
Mat 24:5 ASV - For many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ; and shall lead many astray.
Mat 24:6 ASV - And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that ye be not troubled: for these things must needs come to pass; but the end is not yet.
Mat 24:7 ASV - For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines and earthquakes in divers places.
Mat 24:8 ASV - But all these things are the beginning of travail.
 Remember Jesus said the only sign this generation shall receive ,   The sign of Jonah   Death , Burial and Resurrection the Way the Truth and the Life .  God is confirming his word every day through many ways and many people .    Jonah preached Repentance to all of Nineveh and they believed and obeyed and were saved .  Jesus said only by this sign shall a man be saved
Psa 19:9 ASV - The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring for ever: The ordinances of Jehovah are true, and righteous altogether.      Clean    pure, clean (morally, ethically
Psa 19:10 ASV - More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the droppings of the honeycomb.
Psa 19:11 ASV - Moreover by them is thy servant warned: In keeping them there is great reward.

There is no defense against truth what will we say in the end as we stand before Christ 
2Co 5:10 ASV - For we must all be made manifest before the judgment-seat of Christ; that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he hath done, whether it be good or bad.    Manifest    Appear, Appearing:     Greek: phaneroo
         To be manifested, in the Scriptural sense of the word, is more than to "appear." A person may "appear" in a false guise or without a disclosure of what he truly is; to be manifested is to be revealed in one's true character; this is especially the meaning of phaneroo, see, e.g., Jhn 3:21; 1Cr 4:5; 2Cr 5:10, 11; Eph 5:13.

Bring To Nought The Things That Are

   Luk 10:1 ASV - Now after these things the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself was about to come.
Luk 10:2 ASV - And he said unto them, The harvest indeed is plenteous, but the laborers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he send forth laborers into his harvest.
Luk 10:3 ASV - Go your ways; behold, I send you forth as lambs in the midst of wolves.
Luk 10:17 ASV - And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject unto us in thy name.
Luk 10:18 ASV - And he said unto them, I beheld Satan fallen as lightning from heaven.
Luk 10:19 ASV - Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall in any wise hurt you.
Luk 10:20 ASV - Nevertheless in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.
                           

Luk 10:16 ASV - He that heareth you heareth me; and he that rejecteth you rejecteth me; and he that rejecteth me rejecteth him that sent me.   This is parallel to the Greek meaning of confess with your mouth.       Greek: homologeo  Confess, Confession:  lit., "to speak the same thing" (homos, "same," lego, "to speak"), "to assent, accord, agree with," denotes,(a) "to confess, declare, admit," Jhn 1:20; e.g., Act 24:14; Hbr 11:13;
Luk 12:8 ASV - And I say unto you, Every one who shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God:     So we confess him by his very words of truth , witness to the fact that the gospel of Christ is the living and active word of God . Jesus said he was anointed to preach this gospel of God his father to the world .

 God is not interested in men that are accomplished in this world ,  men of renowned among men   High in status . They have only one thing to measure themselves by their own ability their own fleshly abilities.  There were many wise men in the days of Jesus but they were as the men above . Paul was also one of those men and he persecuted the Church of Jesus Christ .  But God use Paul    he was broken and convicted of the truth of salvation in Christ .
Paul followed the basic scripture that Peter spoke in the book of    Act 2:38 ASV - And Peter said unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.  This is what Paul did  he was chosen of God to minister the gospel of God .  
Act 9:15 ASV - But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles and kings, and the children of Israel:
Act 9:16 ASV - for I will show him how many things he must suffer for my name's sake.

This scripture below is why God called uneducated fisherman to become servants and Apostles to preach the true Gospel of God , men of no reputation in the world scorned  and mocked  by the Jews 
1Co 1:23 ASV - but we preach Christ crucified, unto Jews a stumblingblock, and unto Gentiles foolishness;
1Co 1:24 ASV - but unto them that are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
1Co 1:25 ASV - Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
1Co 1:26 ASV - For behold your calling, brethren, that not many wise after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
1Co 1:27 ASV - but God chose the foolish things of the world, that he might put to shame them that are wise; and God chose the weak things of the world, that he might put to shame the things that are strong;
1Co 1:28 ASV - and the base things of the world, and the things that are despised, did God choose, yea and the things that are not, that he might bring to nought the things that are:
1Co 1:29 ASV - that no flesh should glory before God.
Pride and arrogance is a religious spirit it tears down the very fiber of holiness that Jesus preached .  He said that Love is the fulfilling of the Law  Mat 6:24 ASV - No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.           Mammon:Greek: mamonas
a common Aramaic word for "riches," akin to a Hebrew word signifying "to be firm, steadfast" (whence "Amen"), hence, "that which is to be trusted;" Gesenius regards it as derived from a Heb. word signifying "treasure" (Gen 43:23); it is personified in Mat 6:24; Luk 16:9, 11, 13.

It is the Love of money that is the Root of all evil Jesus said you can tell them by their fruits
The word says that ,  When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, And gave gifts unto men.
Eph 4:8 ASV - Wherefore he saith, When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, And gave Gifts unto men.        And he gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;   for the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ .

Schools of men called seminary's ,  are schools that teach men the specific doctrines of their religion only .  So I see here that men decide for themselves that they will be a pastor a teacher or even an evangelist but all in the order of their own doctrines .    Mar 7:7 ASV - But in vain do they worship me, Teaching as their doctrines the precepts of men.   Denominations are not the will of God they separate men and God called all men to be the body of Christ who is all and in all.         And he gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;   for the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ .   Jesus gave these gifts to man for the perfection of the saints , unto the work of ministering these men are called by Christ for a specific work . 

1Co 12:4 ASV - Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
1Co 12:5 ASV - And there are diversities of ministrations, and the same Lord.
1Co 12:6 ASV - And there are diversities of workings, but the same God, who worketh all things in all.
1Co 12:7 ASV - But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal.
1Co 12:8 ASV - For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom; and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit:
1Co 12:9 ASV - to another faith, in the same Spirit; and to another gifts of healings, in the one Spirit;
1Co 12:10 ASV - and to another workings of miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discernings of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; and to another the interpretation of tongues:
1Co 12:11 ASV - but all these worketh the one and the same Spirit, dividing to each one severally even as he will.
1Co 12:12 ASV - For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.
1Co 12:13 ASV - For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all made to drink of one Spirit.
1Co 12:14 ASV - For the body is not one member, but many.
Religion has nothing to do with the gospel of Christ , religion is built upon mans flesh , his fleshly minds                   Rom 12:2 ASV - And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.    God calls us to have the mind of Christ to be transformed by the renewing of our minds  .         Heb 4:12 ASV - For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart.    
This is the problem of the true church and it  has been for many years ,  the real church of Jesus has been taken over by men that observer their own doctrines and not the true word of God.     Any man acting in the role or office of a pastor or teacher , evangelist with out being given this gift from Jesus is not called to work in this gift he has no gift at all.  So we see here that down through time a lot of the troubles that plague the church are from these men posing as having the gifts but are not anointed to do so it will never work .  But if they confess to God there in ability's and sin God will heal their life.     But their are also men that are claiming the offices of Jesus but are actors in their hearts deceivers of the truth .

Jhn 10:1 ASV - Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
Jhn 10:2 ASV - But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
Jhn 10:3 ASV - To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
Jhn 10:10 ASV - The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.
Jhn 10:11 ASV - I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd layeth down his life for the sheep.
Jhn 10:12 ASV - He that is a hireling, and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, beholdeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth, and the wolf snatcheth them, and scattereth them:

Rom 12:4 ASV - For even as we have many members in one body, and all the members have not the same office:       Office:   Greek: praxis
"a doing, deed" (akin to prasso, "to do or practice"), also denotes "an acting" or "function," translated "office" in Rom 12:4.
 Rom 12:5 ASV - so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and severally members one of another.
Rom 12:6 ASV - And having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith;
Rom 12:7 ASV - or ministry, let us give ourselves to our ministry; or he that teacheth, to his teaching;
Rom 12:8 ASV - or he that exhorteth, to his exhorting: he that giveth, let him do it with liberality; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that showeth mercy, with cheerfulness.
Rom 12:9 ASV - Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Rom 12:10 ASV - In love of the brethren be tenderly affectioned one to another; in honor preferring one another;
Eph 4:9 ASV - (Now this, He ascended, what is it but that he also descended into the lower parts of the earth?
Eph 4:10 ASV - He that descended is the same also that ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.)

Bearing His Reproach

                                    
 The disciples were taught by Christ for three years the truths of Holy living and faithfulness to each other.   He walked with them and showed them through example the life God demands from his children .  He sent seventy of them out two by two with the same power we have today . He commissioned  them to go and heal the sick cast out devils preach this gospel every where they went   And when they returned from going out and preaching the gospel of Christ they came back with great joy and encouragement of the power Jesus gave them.  And than Jesus gave them something else .
 
 Luk 10:16 ASV - He that heareth you heareth me; and he that rejecteth you rejecteth me; and he that rejecteth me rejecteth him that sent me.
Luk 10:17 ASV - And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject unto us in thy name.   Here again is the word Name  Greek: onoma    for all that a "name" implies, of authority, character, rank, majesty, power, excellence, etc., of everything that the "name" covers:    representing the authority of Christ .     The religious men and their doctrines of today ,  the unbelieving people in charge of the sheep of Christ will answer for the untruths preached today .  Satan substituted this lie for the truth he knows that men that believe this truth have the power over the demons and all the power of Christ has been given to them ,    Just as the seventy in that day  nothing has changed but the true gospel.  The verse 16 above is the telling of this truth Jesus is saying here that this truth that God the father has implemented through Jesus to his children he ordained this truth.

And every man that rejects this truth is rejecting God himself.   I myself believed this truth many years ago and knew by faith in the power of the Holy Spirit . And prayed to the father to give me the gifts necessary to minister healing to those that come my way to have the faith and cast out devils and heal the sick  just as the seventy .   The Lord honored my faith and blessed me with the gifts and the power to minister deliverance to whom ever ask .  I to was amazed at the power and the demons being subject to the word of God .

Luk 10:19 ASV - Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall in any wise hurt you.  Tread    Tread, Trode, Trodden:    Greek: pateo (a) intransitively and figuratively, of "treading" upon serpents, Luk 10:19;      The only power satan and his demons have over the church is the power we give them  .     I believed this verse of scripture and used it many times and saw great deliverance to people that had no other way to be set free from these evil forces. I have seen men and women bound by the spirit of alcohol , yes that is right there is a spirit of alcohol it is a demon and every day people are destroyed by this demon. It is not a sickness or an illness.  It is the bondage Jesus spoke of in    Luk 4:18 ASV - The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor: He hath sent me to proclaim release to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised,  
 Jesus gave this great gift to his church , we live in a spiritual world when we come to Jesus
  This is the rock Jesus told Peter that he would build his church , he told Peter flesh and blood has not reveled this to you Peter but my father ,    Mat 16:17 ASV - And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jonah: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father who is in heaven.
Mat 16:18 ASV - And I also say unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
Mat 16:19 ASV - I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
He said I will give unto my church Keys to unlock the locks that bind them up,  power over all the power of the enemy . Satan came to kill steal and destroy Jesus came to give us life eternal.

 Now do not say that is your calling or for some one else ,  and that is for your ministry not mine.
 Mar 3:14 ASV - And he appointed twelve, that they might be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,   They were commissioned appointed to preach this truth.
Mar 3:15 ASV - and to have authority to cast out demons:
 Mar 16:17 ASV - And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;    Where has this truth gone all these years Religion has destroyed the power of truth ,  Even the most important gift of all the gift of the Holy Spirit , Jesus said I will not leave you helpless or in need I will come unto you .

Jhn 14:16 ASV - And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may be with you for ever,
Jhn 14:26 ASV - But the Comforter, even the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said unto you.
Jhn 15:26 ASV - But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall bear witness of me:
Jhn 16:7 ASV - Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I go, I will send him unto you.
Why is it men can only believe part of Gods word and not all the word ,  Jesus said man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.  Its not about feeding our flesh its about feeding our new man our born again spirit that comes through faith .
If Jesus said this truth is for the whole church and he said ,     Jhn 13:13 ASV - Ye call me, Teacher, and, Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
Jhn 13:15 ASV - For I have given you an example, that ye also should do as I have done to you.
Luk 6:46 ASV - And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?


We are one body one church under one King in the kingdom of God .       Mar 16:15 ASV - And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation.   This is the whole gospel Jesus said it will be preached to the Whole creation .
 Whole    All:Greek: pas  "the totality of the persons or things referred to." Used without a noun it virtually becomes a pronoun, meaning "everyone" or "anyone." In the plural with a noun it means "all." One form of the neuter plural (panta) signifies "wholly, together, in all ways, in all things .  How can these gifts have been done away with when Jesus said it will be preached to the world until the end of all things.   the whole of creation  , people are coming to Christ every day and there will be until the return of Christ .
 Luk 10:19 ASV - Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over All the power of the enemy: and nothing shall in any wise hurt you.    Do you believe this commandant do you hear this in your congregation today .  There is another gospel that Paul speaks of      Gal 1:7 ASV - which is not another gospel only there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
Gal 1:8 ASV - But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach unto you any gospel other than that which we preached unto you, let him be anathema.
Now go back again to the verse     .       Mar 16:15 ASV - And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation . These disciples were preaching this same gospel and all those that believed were doing the same down through the generations until today .  There are many people that teach and minister the power of deliverance to those in need .  And the biblical truths that are associated with this truth.
Mar 16:16 ASV - He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that disbelieveth shall be condemned.
Mar 16:17 ASV - And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;     It says to them that believe to those that want the fullness of the gospel to work through them .  
Mar 16:18 ASV - they shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall in no wise hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.   Taking up serpents is doing spiritual warfare against the evil that comes against the church
I want to break down this verse of scripture  the words    Take Up  means to bear   Bear:  Greek: airo
signifies
(a) "to raise up, to lift, to take upon oneself and carry what has been raised, physically" (its most frequent use), or as applied to the mind, "to suspend, to keep in suspense," as in Jhn 10:24, lit., "How long doth thou suspend our souls?;"
(b) "to take away what is attached to anything, to remove," as of Christ, in taking (or "bearing," marg.) away the sin of the world, Jhn 1:29; Christ "was manifested to take away sins," 1Jo 3:5, where, not the nature of the Atonement is in view, but its effect in the believer's life.

    Serpent:   Greek: ophis  Its characteristics are concentrated in the arch-adversary of God and man, the Devil, metaphorically described as the serpent, 2Cr 11:3; Rev 12:9, 14, 15; 20:2. The brazen "serpent" lifted up by Moses was symbolical of the means of salvation provided by God, in Christ and His vicarious death under the Divine judgment upon sin, Jhn 3:14. While the living "serpent" symbolizes sin in its origin, hatefulness, and deadly effect, the brazen "serpent" symbolized the bearing away of the curse and the judgement of sin; the metal was itself figurative of the righteousness of God's judgment.

This verse is about many truths but here i believe it is speaking of the physical cross Jesus bore for the sin of the world and the spiritual cross the believer has to bear for his sinful nature . Holiness comes through obedience to words of  Jesus and he said if you love me you will obey my commandants .    The brazen "serpent" lifted up by Moses was symbolical of the means of salvation provided by God, in Christ and His vicarious death under the Divine judgment upon sin .  Brass is a symbol of sin and the serpent the brazen "serpent" symbolized the bearing away of the curse and the judgement of sin; the metal was itself figurative of the righteousness of God's judgment.     Jhn 12:32 ASV - And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto myself.    The testimony is in our living in our witness we lift him up as we stay on our cross and live this gospel truth.       Phl 3:10 ASV - that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed unto his death;   
 Listen folks the average church today has no power they have no fear of God . The word says that Godly sorrow works about true repentance not regretted of, but sorrow of the world is not real sorrow at all because when they hear a watered down sermon with no conviction no power , there is no regret of sins in their life's .  2 cor 7:10

This why the whole gospel must be preached and have obedience to this gospel of Christ from his father.    Regret is "not repented of, unregretted"
Jhn 16:7 ASV - Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I go, I will send him unto you.    Jesus is speaking of the Holy Spirit here the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the power of having the spirit will bring understanding and revelation knowledge .  And power to overcome .
Jhn 16:8 ASV - And he, when he is come, will convict the world in respect of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:    And he when he is come the power of the Holy Spirit to convict us of sin and living a righteous life at all times and having that fear of God a clean fear with righteous judgement .
2Co 4:7 ASV - But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves;
2Co 4:10 ASV - always bearing about in the body the dying of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our body.
It much more than being a christian it is being totally surrendered to our cross .  The cross is an instrument of suffering ,  The sacrifices of the old testament was always  a shadow of the true sacrifice to come once and for all.   A sacrifice by fire the burning of flesh , it says in the word God savored the aroma of burning flesh .  This is a spiritual savor of God seeing you on your cross put to death your flesh your carnal nature to take up the mind of Christ and live holy.   Rom 8:3 ASV - For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:   
Heb 13:10 ASV - We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat that serve the tabernacle.
Heb 13:11 ASV - For the bodies of those beasts whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned without the camp.
Heb 13:12 ASV - Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people through his own blood, suffered without the gate.
Heb 13:13 ASV - Let us therefore go forth unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
Heb 13:14 ASV - For we have not here an abiding city, but we seek after the city which is to come.
Heb 13:15 ASV - Through him then let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which make confession to his name.
2Co 5:9 ASV - Wherefore also we make it our aim, whether at home or absent, to be well-pleasing unto him.
2Co 5:10 ASV - For we must all be made manifest before the judgment-seat of Christ; that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump

                                                 
                  Col 3:1 ASV - If then ye were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God.    These next ten verses are speaking of a walk we are walking towards this truth .   It is no longer our flesh man , the old man that dictates to us any longer we constantly die to self  putting to death the deeds of our fleshly carnal mind.  This truth leads to  being born again .  People use that verse a lot not knowing what is the spiritual truth following that verse . By following the commandants of the truth of that verse .   A man cannot see the kingdom of God with out the baptism of the Holy Spirit .  You do not get it all when you confess Jesus as Lord .  That is the beginning of salvation , the church today leads people to this prayer but stop right there ,   Luk 10:19 ASV - Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall in any wise hurt you.
Luk 24:49 ASV - And behold, I send forth the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city, until ye be clothed with power from on high.     Luk 11:13 ASV - If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

The word says that only by the spirit of God can a man say Jesus is lord .          1Co 12:3 ASV - Wherefore I make known unto you, that no man speaking in the Spirit of God saith, Jesus is anathema; and no man can say, Jesus is Lord, but in the Holy Spirit.    There are many people today that have the name of Jesus,   and any man can speak the name of Jesus . But this is speaking of a true relationship with Christ is he abiding in you,   does his presence manifest in you  .

 Eph 4:30 ASV - And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, in whom ye were sealed unto the day of redemption.  Once Jesus comes to live in you he will never leave you or forsake you.    The spirit of God lives in your heart your soul  . And the word soul in the Greek is your mind your will and your emotion .        1Th 5:23 ASV - And the God of peace himself sanctify you wholly; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved Entire, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.    Entire 

Entire:    Greek: holokleros
"complete, sound in every part" (holos, "whole," kleros, "a lot," i.e., with all that has fallen by lot), is used ethically in 1Th 5:23, indicating that every grace present in Christ should be manifested in the believer; so Jam 1:4. In the Sept. the word is used, e.g., of a "full" week, Lev 23:15; of altar stones unhewn, Deu 27:6; Jos 8:31; of a "full-grown" vine tree, useless for work, Eze 15:5; of the "sound" condition of a sheep, Zec 11:16.

1Co 6:19 ASV - Or know ye not that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have from God? and ye are not your own;     The flesh of man is an enemy of God and the spirit of God is an enemy of our flesh .    Your were born of Adams flesh and until we put to death the deeds of the flesh we will struggle in our walk.   The devil is not some little red man with a forked tail and horns on his head .  Your enemy is your flesh ,  and the power of sin in your flesh .  First comes Lust than if you indulge in that lust it becomes sin and sin brings death !  The reason man came into the world with the body he has is that you have a free will to choose to live for God , you choose to live that holy life and obey the whole word of Christ Jesus .   Every entity in the presence of God today
was made to serve God and praise God scripture speaks that . But man was made for one thing only to Love the Lord your God with all your heart     Mat 22:37 ASV - And he said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.     You must be born again to experience this great truth ,  the flesh has no power in itself  it is earthy bound to this earth but the promise has come to save us from this bondage of sin.  Jesus said I must go away so the promise of the father will come .    Rom 4:16 ASV - For this cause it is of faith, that it may be according to grace; to the end that the promise may be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all
The scripture calls it , The Fruit of the spirit  and the Works of the flesh, and in all fruit there is a seed to procreate itself so as we manifest the fruit of the spirit we bring forth more fruit .
Jhn 12:24 ASV - Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a grain of wheat fall into the earth and die, it abideth by itself alone; but if it die, it beareth much fruit.
Jhn 15:8 ASV - Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; and so shall ye be my disciples.
Gal 5:19 ASV - Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,     Works = deeds

Deed, Deeds:
denotes "a work" (Eng., "work" is etymologically akin), "deed, act." When used in the sense of a "deed or act," the idea of "working" is stressed, e.g., Rom 15:18; it frequently occurs in an ethical sense of human actions, good or bad, e.g., Mat 23:3; 26:10; Jhn 3:20, 21; Rom 2:7, 15; 1Th 1:3; 2Th 1:11, etc; sometimes in a less concrete sense, e.g., Tts 1:16; Jam 1:25 (RV, "that worketh," lit., "of work").

Rom 8:3 ASV - For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:



Luk 6:45 ASV - The good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth that which is evil: for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Gal 5:9 ASV - A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.

Mat 7:22 ASV - Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy by thy name, and by thy name cast out demons, and by thy name do many mighty works?
Mat 7:23 ASV - And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.    Knew  in Greek is to have a personal relationship with Jesus getting alone with him sanctify yourselves unto him and listening for his voice  .   Lot and his family had to be pulled out of Sodom by the hand just before destruction came ,  Lot knew God through Abraham but he had no relationship personally with Christ ,  please grasp this it is a type of the church today  , God save Lot because the word said that at the moment just before the fire fell he sent two Angels to take them out .I believe this is speaking of our day also for there are many people today preaching the word of repentance .

Gen 19:29 ASV - And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the Plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when he overthrew the cities in which Lot dwelt.    Abraham was contending for Lots soul when asking God if only ten righteous
be saved in the city and God knew this .  Abraham went from fifty to ten righteous souls ,    Gen 18:32 ASV - And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for the ten's sake.
Gen 18:33 ASV - And Jehovah went his way, as soon as he had left off communing with Abraham: and Abraham returned unto his place.

Abraham is a type of Christ contending for your souls , Jesus said in many places and I will pray to the father for you.    Do you see that not one righteous soul was in Sodom it was consumed with the fire of God .  God save Lot because of Abraham's faith        And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the Plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow,
 Lot was like a lot of people today the angels said you must leave now get upon the mountain .   But Lot and his wife lingered and hesitated looking at all their stuff they had amassed . Cars , houses money everything that would tie them to this earth .  We must have that relationship with Christ Jesus
totally surrendered to the cross of his word  ,   that we be called and also chosen to escape the wrath coming upon this earth whether we be dead or alive at that time.

Gen 19:1 ASV - And the two angels came to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot saw them, and rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face to the earth;

Gen 19:12 ASV - And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son-in-law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whomsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of the place:
Gen 19:13 ASV - for we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxed great before Jehovah: and Jehovah hath sent us to destroy it.
Gen 19:14 ASV - And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons-in-law, who married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for Jehovah will destroy the city. But he seemed unto his sons-in-law as one that mocked.  Sounds familiar as to today  
Gen 19:15 ASV - And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters that are here, lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.
Gen 19:16 ASV - But he lingered; and the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters, Jehovah being merciful unto him; and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.     Lingered to linger, tarry, wait, delay hesitate 
Gen 19:17 ASV - And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the Plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.     Looking back to see one more time all their stuff there life's work being burned
And only Lots wife looked back and turned into a pillar of salt . Pillar being a statue of salt or as a memorial to disobedience to Gods word .   Love not the world nor the things of the world  God saved Lot because he was merciful it says , but we having this great word of reconciliation given to us by the blood of the cross of Christ .   We to are living in a world of sin and violence , perversion  and great temptation .    Matt 24 is very close to reality  , calling good bad and bad good
 Could Lot also represent the gathering of the saints to God to himself  in this last day .  

2Th 2:7 ASV - For the mystery of lawlessness doth already work: only there is one that restraineth now, until he be taken out of the way.    I am not declaring any thing here you be the judge as to this verse . 

Restrain:     Greek: katecho
"to hold fast or down," is translated "restraineth" in 2Th 2:6, 7. In ver. 6 lawlessness is spoken of as being "restrained" in its development: in ver. 7 "one that restraineth" is, lit., "the restrainer" (the article with the present participle, "the restraining one"); this may refer to an individual, as in the similar construction in 1Th 3:5, "the tempter" (cp. 2Th 1:10, lit., "the Deliverer"); or to a number of persons presenting the same characteristics, just as "the believer" stands for all believers, e.g., Rom 9:33; 1Jo 5:10. Ver. 6 speaks of a principle, ver. 7 of the principle as embodied in a person or series of persons; cp. what is said of "the power" in Rom 13:3, 4, a phrase representing all such rulers. Probably such powers,

  Luk 17:28 ASV - Likewise even as it came to pass in the days of Lot; they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
Luk 17:29 ASV - but in the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all:
Luk 17:30 ASV - after the same manner shall it be in the day that the Son of man is revealed.
Luk 17:31 ASV - In that day, he that shall be on the housetop, and his goods in the house, let him not go down to take them away: and let him that is in the field likewise not return back.
Luk 17:32 ASV - Remember Lot's wife.
Luk 17:33 ASV - Whosoever shall seek to gain his life shall lose it: but whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.



Luk 11:32 ASV - The men of Nineveh shall stand up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and behold, a greater than Jonah is here.
this is the last generation to see the coming of the Lord .   Jesus said that the only sign this generation will receive is the sign of Jonah , he brought repentance to the men of Nineveh  just as John the baptist brought it to us  , make your paths straight get everything out of the way of that will hinder the coming of Jesus into you hearts .    Read all of Hebrews 12 please       Heb 12:13 ASV - and make straight paths for your feet, that that which is lame be not turned out of the way, but rather be healed.
Heb 12:25 ASV - See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not when they refused him that warned them on earth, much more shall not we escape who turn away from him that warneth from heaven:
Heb 12:26 ASV - whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more will I make to tremble not the earth only, but also the heaven.



 Mat 7:24 ASV - Every one therefore that heareth these words of mine, and doeth them, shall be likened unto a wise man, who built his house upon the rock:
Mat 7:25 ASV - and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and if fell not: for it was founded upon the rock.

A Stone Of Stumbling

                                 Isa 8:12 ASV - Say ye not, A conspiracy, concerning all whereof this people shall say, A conspiracy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be in dread thereof.
Isa 8:13 ASV - Jehovah of hosts, him shall ye sanctify; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.
Isa 8:14 ASV - And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
Isa 8:15 ASV - And many shall stumble thereon, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
1Jo 4:16 KJV - And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
1Jo 4:17 KJV - Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
1Jo 4:18 KJV - There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.   Torment        Punishment:     Greek: kolasis   akin to kolazo (PUNISH, No. 1), "punishment," is used in Mat 25:46, "(eternal) punishment," and 1Jo 4:18, "(fear hath) punishment," RV (AV, "torment"), which there describes a process, not merely an effect; this kind of fear is expelled by perfect love; where God's love is being perfected in us, it gives no room for the fear of meeting with His reprobation; the "punishment" referred to is the immediate consequence of the sense of sin, not a holy awe but a slavish fear, the negation of the enjoyment of love.
Psa 19:9 ASV - The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring for ever: The ordinances of Jehovah are true, and righteous altogether.      Verse 11 below speaks of obedience to Gods word and the results of holy living .  That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed unto his death .   Love cast out all fear the word says before Jesus came all men feared the power of death , not knowing what was beyond the grave .  Jhn 1:9 ASV - There was the true light, even the light which lighteth every man, coming into the world.       Jas 1:17 ASV - Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.     Before Christ appreared all men lived in darkness and the only light coming into this darkness was the word of God .  And the only way for man to be resurrected from this darkness to have this precious word living in them.   So what is that light that lighteth every man.

The light is the knowledge of Gods love for you how much does God love you , the only way to understand Gods love for you is to believe in this light the word of God made flesh and now he dwells among men . Jesus is   For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart.    Why do men look up to heaven for help when it is here ready and able to perform his word over you.  The power of confession is your faith to believe that Jesus lives ,  this is what Jesus said about his power to work in men   The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:  neither shall they say, Lo, here! or, There! for lo, the kingdom of God is within you.   This is why the word says your body is the temple of the holy ghost , it is imperative , necessary that we be born again  just as in the day of  Acts 2 the new testament church was born on that day . And is still with the same power to them that believe .   Jhn 15:5 ASV - I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same beareth much fruit: for apart from me ye can do nothing.  If we walk in the flesh we will surely die , but if we walk in the spirit of Christ Jesus we shall live.   Your cross Jesus spoke of is a spiritual sword to cut your flesh and put to death your flesh , we must die now on this earth spiritually ! conform to his word .  Jesus said he was anointed to preach his fathers gospel the good news , to set the captives free bring sight to the blind , open prison doors .  And to those that are bruised he came to set us free from this world of sin and darkness.  Bruised in the Greek means to be shattered broken into pieces .And only Jesus can restore and heal and deliver us ,    Rev 3:20 ASV - Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me . Now how can Jesus come into us except by his spirit actually abiding in us . The word calls this being sealed for the day of redemption , Eph 1:13 ASV - in whom ye also, having heard the word of the truth, the gospel of your salvation,-- in whom, having also believed, ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
Sealed  Greek     ownership and security, together with destination, Rev 7:3-5 (as with the noun in ver. 2; see A); the same three indications are conveyed in Eph 1:13, in the metaphor of the "sealing" of believers by the gift of the Holy Spirit, upon believing (i.e., at the time of their regeneration, not after a lapse of time in their spiritual life, "having also believed," not as AV, "after that ye believed;" the aorist participle marks the definiteness and completeness of the act of faith); the idea of destination is stressed by the phrase "the Holy Spirit of promise" (see also Eph 1:14); so Eph 4:30, "ye were sealed unto the day of redemption;" so in 2Cr 1:22, where the Middle Voice intimates the special interest of the Sealer in His act
Tit 3:5 ASV - not by works done in righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy he saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
Regeneration:  Greek: palingenesia        "new birth" (palin, "again," genesis, "birth"), is used of "spiritual regeneration," Tts 3:5, involving the communication of a new life, the two operating powers to produce which are "the word of truth," Jam 1:18; 1Pe 1:23, and the Holy Spirit, Jhn 3:5, 6; the loutron, "the laver, the washing," is explained in Eph 5:26, "having cleansed it by the washing (loutron) of water with the word."
Jhn 3:5 ASV - Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God!      Remember the kingdom of God comes with out observation you cant see it will natural eyes ,  we do not live in the flesh any longer but in the power of Christ in you the hope of Glory .  He said the kingdom of God shall be in you !!     Jhn 14:16 ASV - And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may be with you for ever !
Jhn 14:17 ASV - even the Spirit of truth: whom the world cannot receive; for it beholdeth him not, neither knoweth him: ye know him; for he abideth with you, and shall be in you.
Jhn 14:18 ASV - I will not leave you desolate: I come unto you.
 Born of the water is to be cleansed daily by Gods word working in us  it will bring light to our souls it will renew our minds by the power of his spirit in us. And the spirit is Just as Jesus said when he the Holy Spirit has come he WILL guide you into ALL Truth. 
Jhn 1:12 ASV - But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name:   Some where in the getting of the armor to fight the devil in Eph 6 we are given the sword of the spirit and it says that the word is that sword   Eph 6:17 ASV - And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:   And the word of God became flesh and dwells with us  who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God .  And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace and truth .  And if the spirit of Christ Jesus is living and working in you than that word becomes alive and active in you .   to perfect us unto righteous and sanctification !    For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart.
1Th 5:23 ASV - And the God of peace himself sanctify you wholly; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved entire, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Entire  Whole (Made), Wholly, Wholesome:   Greek: holoteles
"wholly," 1Th 5:23, is lit., "whole-complete" (A, No. 1, and telos, "an end"), i.e., "through and through;" the Apostle's desire is that the sanctification of the believer may extend to every part of his being. The word is similar in meaning to No. 4; holokleros draws attention to the person as a "whole," holoteles, to the several parts which constitute him.
Jhn 1:13 ASV - who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.  The experience that happened to the One hundred and twenty on the day of Pentecost is the same experience you should expect , endued with power speaking in new tongues just as the disciples did . This was the beginning of the church of Jesus Christ the one he loved and died for his bride clothed with the garments of salvation . He told Peter upon this rock I will build my church .


There is another gospel preached in the church today , a gospel of no Power no repentance with no fear of God he is not only the God of Love but he is a God of wrath .  Matt 24 is speaking to the whole world and especially to his church . The bible says that we will not see Gods wrath if we love him and obey him .   Jesus is grieved at the condition of the church today the flesh rules and the error prevails .  But Jesus said the the gates of Hell shall not prevail against his church ,  The word says that if you hunger and thirst after his righteousness you WILL be filled . 
Luk 13:25 ASV - When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, open to us; and he shall answer and say to you, I know you not whence ye are;
Luk 12:2 ASV - But there is nothing covered up, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.
Luk 12:3 ASV - Wherefore whatsoever ye have said in the darkness shall be heard in the light; and what ye have spoken in the ear in the inner chambers shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
Luk 12:4 ASV - And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
Luk 12:5 ASV - But I will warn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, who after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.   So who is Jesus speaking of here who has the power to Kill and the power to cast a man into hell.
Gods perfect Love cast out all fear.    This salvation will cost you something  Jesus said to count the cost .  To pick up your cross and follow him and where do we follow him to ?  our cross of perfection ,  Mat 10:37 ASV - He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
Mat 10:38 ASV - And he that doth not take his cross and follow after me, is not worthy of me.
Mat 19:28 ASV - And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, that ye who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit on the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.   He is speaking of the first and the last here  Matt 19:30        Matt 20 : 14-16  
Mat 19:29 ASV - And every one that hath left houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit eternal life.

Isa 5:13 ASV - Therefore my people are gone into captivity for lack of knowledge; and their honorable men are famished, and their multitude are parched with thirst.
Isa 5:14 ASV - Therefore Sheol hath enlarged its desire, and opened its mouth without measure; and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth among them, descend into it.
Isa 5:15 ASV - And the mean man is bowed down, and the great man is humbled, and the eyes of the lofty are humbled:
Isa 5:16 ASV - but Jehovah of hosts is exalted in justice, and God the Holy One is sanctified in righteousness.
Isa 5:17 ASV - Then shall the lambs feed as in their pasture, and the waste places of the fat ones shall wanderers eat.
Isa 5:18 ASV - Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of falsehood, and sin as it were with a cart rope;
Isa 5:19 ASV - that say, Let him make speed, let him hasten his work, that we may see it; and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!
Isa 5:20 ASV - Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

God is willing to give you his spirit if you ask !    Godly sorrow is what the world needs to day a sorrow that will work true repentance unto salvation .  The world is reeling and drunk with apostasy . Jesus is the remedy for what brings worldly sorrow and grief , call on him ask him to save you and fill you with his spirit to change your life for eternity .

Luk 11:13 ASV - If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

Jesus ! The Pearl of Great Price

           

                  2Co 10:3 ASV - For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
Jesus said to Love your enemies do good to them give if they ask , and pray for them.  This is absolutely backwards to the flesh and Jesus knows this .  The two oppose each other The Fruit of his spirit and the Works of our flesh.  The seed of all fruit regenerates itself unto righteousness it regenerates in us the character the nature of Christ all that he is .      Rom 8:9 ASV - But ye are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you. But if any man hath not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.    Love is the fulfilling of all things Christ through you can love and manifest that Love abundant .   Fleshly Love has no fruit of itself,   it is a work of the flesh and it is with out the power of Christ. So it becomes an unproductive act that injures and cripples , turns people against the gospel.

Rom 5:3 ASV - And not only so, but we also rejoice in our tribulations: knowing that tribulation worketh stedfastness;
Rom 5:4 ASV - and stedfastness, approvedness; and approvedness, hope:
Rom 5:5 ASV - and hope putteth not to shame; because the love of God hath been shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit which was given unto us.

 The bible says that man does not get the Holy Spirit by his confession of Christ , confession in Greek means ,  To Speak the same as .We confesses that  the word of God is truth.
Did Peter get it wrong in     Act 2:36 ASV - Let all the house of Israel therefore know assuredly, that God hath made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom ye crucified.
Act 2:37 ASV - Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and the rest of the apostles, Brethren, what shall we do?    How do we be saved from this sin
Act 2:38 ASV - And Peter said unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.


Repentance and water Baptism in Christ name brings remission of your sins.  John had to come before Jesus could come ,   John said to make your paths straight and level for the one coming after me .   Repent get your heart right have a change of heart realize your sinful nature and be willing to change.

 For with out repentance being sorry for your sins like the people in this verse did. Acts 2:37      You cannot come unto Jesus without repentance ,  your sins are not remitted with out a truly broken heart before God.  And the results of this true repentance , comes the confession of the heart and that you through water baptism in the verse below acknowledge to the world your sorrow .            1Pe 3:20 ASV - that aforetime were disobedient, when the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water:
1Pe 3:21 ASV - which also after a true likeness doth now save you, even baptism, not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the interrogation of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ;
1Pe 3:22 ASV - who is one the right hand of God, having gone into heaven; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.



 Rom 6:3 ASV - Or are ye ignorant that all we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?   Water baptism is not some formal or symbolic thing to do as the world teaches or to join there group a feel good doctrine .  People that say you do do not need to be baptized to be saved have never read this Rom 6 and Peter said it is the only way unto the remission of  your sins . That is why Jesus said you have a cross to bear friend an instrument of death to your flesh . This doctrine is a enemy of the cross of Christ .  

 Phl 3:15 ASV - Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, be thus minded: and if in anything ye are otherwise minded, this also shall God reveal unto you:
Phl 3:16 ASV - only, whereunto we have attained, by that same rule let us walk.
Phl 3:17 ASV - Brethren, be ye imitators together of me, and mark them that so walk even as ye have us for an ensample.
Phl 3:18 ASV - For many walk, of whom I told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
Phl 3:19 ASV - whose end is perdition, whose god is the belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.
Phl 3:20 ASV - For our citizenship is in heaven; whence also we wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ:
Phl 3:21 ASV - who shall fashion anew the body of our humiliation, that it may be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working whereby he is able even to subject all things unto himself.
If this scripture offends you it is the word of God ,  if the word offends you than . And if in anything ye are otherwise minded, this also shall God reveal unto you .      You must ask for revelation of his word and only by his Spirit in you abiding in you can he reveal this truth .

Jhn 16:7 ASV - Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I go, I will send him unto you.
Jhn 16:8 ASV - And he, when he is come, will convict the world in respect of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:         Convict   in Greek  to call to account, show one his fault, demand an explanation .   This is a Godly sorrow it brings true repentance it works in our life a daily walk we need correction as Gods children .  Repent is to have a change of mind and walk the other way a change of heart.
Jhn 16:9 ASV - of sin, because they believe not on me;
  Jhn 16:10 ASV - of righteousness, because I go to the Father, and ye behold me no more;
Jhn 16:11 ASV - of judgment, because the prince of this world hath been judged.
Jhn 16:13 ASV - Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he shall guide you into all the truth: for he shall not speak from himself; but what things soever he shall hear, these shall he speak: and he shall declare unto you the things that are to come.

Jhn 15:26 ASV - But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall bear witness of me:
Luk 3:16 ASV - John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but there cometh he that is mightier than I, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you in the Holy Spirit and in fire:              This is what John meant when he said the one coming after me he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with Fire .      The Holy Spirit is the wisdom and knowledge the very essence of Christ in you the word made flesh and abiding in you,  And the fire is his correction to us  he chastens those whom he loves , if God is you Father than  he will correct you.

Rom 6:4 ASV - We were buried therefore with him through baptism unto death: that like as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.
Rom 6:5 ASV - For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection;
Rom 6:6 ASV - knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away, that so we should no longer be in bondage to sin;
Rom 6:7 ASV - for he that hath died is justified from sin.
Rom 6:8 ASV - But if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him;


Act 2:39 ASV - For to you is the promise, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call unto him.   In this day when the New Testament church was born until now God has been calling people to his Grace and mercy . Giving his Spirit upon all flesh of mankind .      For God so loved the world that he gave his son as a sacrifice for my sins .   He is the same yesterday today and forever .  The only thing that died or went away in the church as I see it is there love for truth and there Love for Jesus .

 Rom 10:8 ASV - But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach:
Rom 10:9 ASV - because if thou shalt confess with thy mouth Jesus as Lord, and shalt believe in thy heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved:
Rom 10:10 ASV - for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Rom 10:11 ASV - For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be put to shame.


  We were all born of Adam and sin abounded in us , were were not holy nor righteous ,  sinners born in sin.   The word here says that only by his Spirit in us can we manifest his love to others , So anything opposite of his spirit works death not only in the believer but the unbeliever .   
Rom 5:6 ASV - For while we were yet weak, in due season Christ died for the ungodly.  Here it is Christ died for you while you were lost in darkness and steeped in sin and totally oblivious to his calling for salvation.  For God so loved the whole world and sent his only son in the likeness of your old sinful flesh , do you not realize that God is all powerful and all through out the earth he sees all and knows all he even knows you name . When we sin in secret and he is there , we can sin and hide it from the worldly flesh but God is Spirit he can be every where at once .   But because of his gracious love and mercy he gave us a sacrifice unto life everlasting Jesus died ONCE and for all for mankind.   He took on a body just like yours and God condemned sin in the flesh . Before this sinless Lamb came we were blind and lost condemned to his cross to bear our own sins .  You cannot not ask why you must look at your life with out Jesus what is your fruit today and not only that the curse that God put on Adam is also on every man that rejects his son .    This is a the Law of grace and mercy
 
Jhn 1:9 ASV - There was the true light, even the light which lighteth every man, coming into the world.
Jhn 1:10 ASV - He was in the world, and the world was made through him, and the world knew him not.
Jhn 1:11 ASV - He came unto his own, and they that were his own received him not.
Jhn 1:12 ASV - But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Jhn 1:13 ASV - who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.             
 Foolish men in their fleshly wisdom believe God to be like them and when they cannot see him as in their flesh they make a idol of what they WANT God to be like to them .  Believing in buildings of Gold and  Silver lavish things of the earth shiny bright things that lure innocent men and women .   Unless God build the house in is built in vain and when the tribulations and sufferings come so goes the house that is built on sand it will fall and great is that fall.   Mat 16:15 ASV - He saith unto them, But who say ye that I am?
Mat 16:16 ASV - And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Mat 16:17 ASV - And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jonah: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father who is in heaven.
Mat 16:18 ASV - And I also say unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
Mat 16:19 ASV - I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.


 If you are building your house on some mans ministry and we are all of the flesh .  Than where is your help in time of need who will you call on it that great time of trouble .  Jesus said he Loves you with a jealous Love , he sees you as his wife and  cherishes you in that regard as a husband Loves his wife even to die for her.     Mar 10:8 ASV - and the two shall become one flesh: so that they are no more two, but one flesh.    This is speaking of a relationship between you and Christ .         Rom 7:4 ASV - Wherefore, my brethren, ye also were made dead to the law through the body of Christ; that ye should be joined to another, even to him who was raised from the dead, that we might bring forth fruit unto God.       The old testament is a type and shadow of the perfect , the Jews had the light and walked in the shadow of that light , but when he which is perfect has come the true light the shadow was made manifest .

There was the true light, even the light which lighteth every man, coming into the world.    Friend you need the real Holy Spirit the true experience of the infilling of Christ Jesus .  This is what I mean by men building a house on sand preaching another doctrine not the gospel of  Christ .  You are the temple of Christ your body belongs to him ,  Jesus told his disciples  as he was about to go to his cross .    Jhn 14:1 ASV - Let not your heart be troubled: believe in God, believe also in me.
Jhn 14:2 ASV - In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you.   Mansions    :   Greek: mone
primarily "a staying, abiding" (akin to meno, "to abide"), denotes an "abode" (Eng., "manor," "manse," etc.), translated "mansions" in Jhn 14:2; "abode" in Jhn 14:23. There is nothing in the word to indicate separate compartments in heaven; neither does it suggest temporary resting-places on the road.    This is speaking about your time here on earth not in heaven this is speaking about your spiritual walk now on this earth .   In the end we will all be changed in a moment in the blink of an eye and we shall evermore be with the Lord forever .   The flesh is a temporary house for us a place for your soul to live .       Paul called it a tent and God said not to defile your house . I am not saying there is not another structure or home for you in heaven ,   but we must rightly dived this word of truth ,

1Co 15:36 ASV - Thou foolish one, that which thou thyself sowest is not quickened except it die:
1Co 15:37 ASV - and that which thou sowest, thou sowest not the body that shall be, but a bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other kind;
1Co 15:38 ASV - but God giveth it a body even as it pleased him, and to each seed a body of its own.
1Co 15:42 ASV - So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
1Co 15:43 ASV - it is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
1Co 15:44 ASV - it is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
1Co 15:34 ASV - Awake to soberness righteously, and sin not; for some have no knowledge of God: I speak this to move you to shame.
Jas 1:13 ASV - Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempteth no man:
Jas 1:14 ASV - but each man is tempted, when he is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed.
Jas 1:15 ASV - Then the lust, when it hath conceived, beareth sin: and the sin, when it is fullgrown, bringeth forth death.   
Rom 1:23 KJV - And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Rom 1:24 KJV - Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

Jesus said I am the Way The Truth And The LIFE be ye holy as your father in heaven is holy  .    We are on a journey walking unto this righteousness  Jesus said  I have shown you the way lay down you life on your cross and stay their , and the truth of his word obey his word . Jesus said why do you call me Lord lord and do not what I say.     But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name ,    who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.   We are walking out of the shadow of death and into his glorious light .  Gal 2:20 ASV - I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.   Born again is a process we walk in ,  it is a life unto holiness a life unto sanctification.  We must keep our bodies unto that holiness Jesus spoke of  .   Even as you have received the Lord Jesus so walk in him .
1Co 15:22 ASV - For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.
1Co 15:23 ASV - But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; then they that are Christ's, at his coming.
1Co 15:24 ASV - Then cometh the end, when he shall deliver up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have abolished all rule and all authority and power.
1Co 15:25 ASV - For he must reign, till he hath put all his enemies under his feet.
1Co 15:26 ASV - The last enemy that shall be abolished is death.  Death to our souls
Revelations speaks of the second death so there must be two ,     Rev 2:11 ASV - He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches. He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
Rev 20:6 ASV - Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: over these the second death hath no power; but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.     Please hear this and know That what ever condition that your body dies in on this earth ,   in sin and unbelief that will be the body that will  stand before Christ at his judgement seat.  And your sin will witness against you.    Gods promise of salvation comes with a price ,  if we obey his commands we shall surely live .    Gal 5:25 ASV - If we live by the Spirit, by the Spirit let us also walk.


1Co 15:53 ASV - For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1Co 15:54 ASV - But when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

And he was speechless.  Did not possess his body unto holiness he went after the world and the things of the world , he obeyed the lust of his flesh the lust of his eyes and the lust of his flesh the prided his life in the flesh ,  his ability to live in sin .  2 Cor 7:10

 1cor 15 says that flesh and blood cannot inter into the kingdom of heaven ,   Jesus is that pearl of great price and he has come into your life because he Loves you , Many are called but few are chosen.  Children getting ready to attend the marriage feast of the Lamb wearing garments not spotted by the flesh holy and acceptable unto God a Living sacrifice  ! walking that walk staying on our cross denying our flesh and conforming our minds unto holiness. 
 Eph 5:26 ASV - that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,
Eph 5:27 ASV - that he might present the church to himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Spot (Noun and Verb):Greek: spilos
"a spot or stain," is used metaphorically

(a) of moral blemish, Eph 5:27;

(b) of lascivious and riotous persons, 2Pe 2:13.

Wrinkle:   Greek: rhutis
from an obsolete verb rhuo, signifying "to draw together," occurs in Eph 5:27, describing the flawlessness of the complete church, as the result of the love of Christ in giving Himself up for it, with the purpose of presenting it to Himself hereafter.

Rom 12:2 ASV - And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.   The battle is for our minds Folks , and the word transformed is that process of Gods word coming into us and lighting every mans heart with his truth .   The word is Renewing it is a walk a yielding to the cross of his word ...We lose our old Adamic nature this carnal mind and replace it with that way and truth and his very life he lived on this earth .   of believers, Rom 12:2, "be ye transformed," the obligation being to undergo a complete change which, under the power of God, will find expression in character and conduct; morphe lays stress on the inward change, schema (see the preceding verb in that verse, suschematizo) lays stress on the outward (see FASHION, No. 3, FORM, No. 2); the present continuous tenses indicate a process; 2Cr 3:18 describes believers as being "transformed (RV) into the same image" (i.e., of Christ in all His moral excellencies), the change being effected by the Holy Spirit.
The work is here right now on this earth obeying his words and doing what he told us to do !!     Luk 17:20 ASV - And being asked by the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God cometh, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Luk 17:21 ASV - neither shall they say, Lo, here! or, There! for lo, the kingdom of God is within you.

Heaven is the results of holy living Called Chosen and Faithful      1Co 15:24 ASV - Then cometh the end, when he shall deliver up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have abolished all rule and all authority and power.
    
It says that the man that found the Pearl of great price ( Christ in you the hope of glory ),   he sold all that he had( the world and all that is in the world ) your flesh will condemn you friend  , if you live in the flesh you will die in that flesh .  Jesus has made a way of escape , apply the blood on the door of your house you heart   Exo 12:22 ASV - And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two side-posts with the blood that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning.   Until the day breaks and Jesus comes for his bride you remain faithful in your house .
Exo 12:23 ASV - For Jehovah will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side-posts, Jehovah will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.  
Rev 19:7 ASV - Let us rejoice and be exceeding glad, and let us give the glory unto him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
Rev 19:8 ASV - And it was given unto her that she should array herself in fine linen, bright and pure: for the fine linen is the Righteous Acts of the saints.
