That I May Know Him And The Power Of His Resurrection

Phl 3:10 ASV - that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed unto his death;

Mar 3:27 ASV - But no one can enter into the house of the strong man, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.
House  Greek: oikia    House:           metaphorically, the heavenly abode, spoken of by the Lord as "My Father's house," Jhn 14:2, the eternal dwelling place of believers; the body as the dwelling place of the soul, 2Cr 5:1; similarly the resurrection body of believers (id.); property, e.g., Mar 12:40; by metonymy, the inhabitants of a house, a household, e.g., Mat 12:25; Jhn 4:53; 1Cr 16:15.     The house here is your flesh ! the house Jesus speaks about concerning the condition of your foundation .        Luk 6:48 ASV - he is like a man building a house, who digged and went deep, and laid a foundation upon the rock: and when a flood arose, the stream brake against that house, and could not shake it: because it had been well builded.
Luk 6:49 ASV - But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that built a house upon the earth without a foundation; against which the stream brake, and straightway it fell in; and the ruin of that house was great.      Jesus told Peter upon this rock I will build my church , and what is that rock  .      It is discerning the body and the blood of the Lamb ,   the Gospel of his Father .

Eph 6:11 ASV - Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12 ASV - For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Eph 6:13 ASV - Wherefore take up the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.

Greek: luo   Break, Breaker, Breaking, Brake:  "to loosen," especially by way of deliverance, sometimes has the meaning of "breaking, destructively will have [already] been loosed in heaven.”

Satan is a spiritual entity , and so is his angels ! fallen angels ,  even angels of light deceivers of mankind .  They inhabit the flesh of man , remember the soul is the heart of a mans spirit .                 

Psa 51:10 ASV - Create in me a clean heart, O God; And renew a right spirit within me.
Psa 51:11 ASV - Cast me not away from thy presence; And take not thy holy Spirit from me. 
1Th 5:22 ASV - abstain from every form of evil.

Mar 16:11 ASV - And they, when they heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, disbelieved.    

They the disciples who walked with Jesus and saw his power , could not believe
Because they saw him in the flesh only .   Jesus told them I must die and he was going to his cross but they would see him again .      
Mat 16:21 ASV - From that time began Jesus to show unto his disciples, that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and the third day be raised up.
Mat 16:22 ASV - And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall never be unto thee.
Mat 16:23 ASV - But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art a stumbling-block unto me: for thou mindest not the things of God, but the things of men.

 In the verse below Jesus manifest himself in a spiritual body a glorified body .  This is the hope we have laid up in our hearts today if we walk not in the flesh but in the spirit .    Jhn 20:25 ASV - The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.
Jhn 20:26 ASV - And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them. Jesus cometh, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
Jhn 20:27 ASV - Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and see my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and put it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.

  You must be born again friend you must fall at the cross of Christ and ask him to fill you with his spirit .     He says in his word you ask !         Luk 11:13 ASV - If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?      2Co 10:3 ASV - For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh
2Co 10:4 ASV - (for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the casting down of strongholds);             The majority of the church does not believe this scripture the God of this earth has blinded their eyes to the truth of the gospel .         1Co 11:29 ASV - For he that eateth and drinketh, eateth and drinketh judgment unto himself, if he discern not the body.     Jesus said to eat his flesh and to drink his blood

Jhn 6:58 ASV - This is the bread which came down out of heaven: not as the fathers ate, and died; he that eateth this bread shall live for ever.         The twelve sacred loaves of bread that were ever present before the light of the candle sticks  ,  the true bread of life .  This word is  illumined by the oil in the lamps that stands before the shew bread ,  the holy bread that came down out of heaven .      This very word is a type and a shadow of the coming of the son of God ,  The bread was the body and the blood of Christ ,the twelve Loaves were speaking of the apostles doctrine the true gospel .

 Jesus fought satan with the word of his father he spoke the word only and satan has no power over Gods word !  Right after he was filled with the spirit of God he was Driven the word says into a wilderness Mark 1:12-13     Matt 4    . He went up on a mountain and fasted forty days and nights ,  the flesh of man begans to die at forty days with out food and water .  But it says that when he was at the weakest time in his flesh that satan and the beast came to tempt and trouble him.  You must remember everything Jesus accomplish on this earth was a example for you and I .    With every temptation he spoke only the word of God IT IS WRITTEN !  .  And our defense is the written word of God ,    Eph 6:17 ASV - And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit,
Heb 4:12 ASV - For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart.which is the word of God:   And the word became flesh and dwells among us Jesus the Lamb of God  .
Luk 3:16 ASV - John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but there cometh he that is mightier than I, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you in the Holy Spirit and in fire:   Fire Greek: pur Fire:     of the holiness of God, which consumes all that is inconsistent therewith, Hbr 10:27; 12:29; cp. Luk 3:17 ASV - whose fan is in his hand, thoroughly to cleanse his threshing-floor, and to gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn up with unquenchable fire.     The chaff is the works of our flesh ,  the things that are inconsistent with holy living .   The power to live this holy life is in Christ his spirit living in you bringing you to a place of surrender at your own cross.               Man cannot live this holy life in his flesh ,  Paul says 1 cor 15  flesh and blood shall not inherit the kingdom of God .    You must be born again          Jhn 1:12 ASV - But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Jhn 1:13 ASV - who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.      Our old man must die      For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the vainglory of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.   And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
 1Co 2:13 ASV - Which things also we speak, not in words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Spirit teacheth; combining spiritual things with spiritual words.
1Co 2:14 ASV - Now the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him; and he cannot know them, because they are spiritually judged.
1Co 2:15 ASV - But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, and he himself is judged of no man. 

Binding the strong man your flesh your old carnal ways ,    Rom 6:6    Romans is the sixth book of the new testament so we see here 666 ,  Rom 6:6 ASV - knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away, that so we should no longer be in bondage to sin;
The strong Man     Greek: ischuros       Might (Noun), Mighty, Mightily, Mightier:
"strong, mighty" (akin to A, No. 2, and with corresponding adjectival significance), is usually translated "strong;" "mighty" in Luk 15:14 (of a famine); Rev 19:6 (of thunders); 19:18 (of men): in the following, where the AV has "mighty," the RV substitutes "strong, BOISTEROUS, POWERFUL, STRONG
Mar 3:26 ASV - And if Satan hath risen up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27 ASV - But no one can enter into the house of the strong man, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.        The devil works through man in his flesh ,  Your flesh is made of the dirt of this earth bound to this earth and will die to this earth . Only the soul of man will live for ever your soul will live for ever . The question is where will it live in the end when all is said and done and God comes to gather his children out of this earth.
2Co 5:10 ASV - For we must all be made manifest before the judgment-seat of Christ; that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
